چکیده
سلیمان نبی و ملکه سبا در قرآن کریم به عنوان دو شخصیت دانا توصیف شده اند، که جایگاه تاثیرگذاری در جامعه داشته و نفوذ زیادی بر دیگران داشته اند. تعامل نیکوی این دو پادشاه با اطرافیان و چگونگی رفتار و گفتار آن دو با دیگران می تواند الگوی مناسبی برای آموزگاران در آموزش و پرورش و استادان در آموزش عالی باشد، تا در جهت ارائه یک تدریس مؤثر از آن بهره ببرند و در پرورش شاگردان کامیاب شوند. در این پژوهش، داستان قرآنی سلیمان نبی و ملکه سبا به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و نکات تربیتی آن پیرامون شاگردپروری استخراج شده است. بر پایه یافته های این پژوهش، شاگردپروری در روش ملکه سبا بر پایه عناصری همچون ادب، مشورت، اقتدار و پرهیز از شتاب زدگی بوده است. چنانکه شاگردپروری در شیوه سلیمان نبی مبتنی بر مؤلفه هایی همچون تفقّد از احوال فراگیران، داوری عادلانه، آزادی بیان، تحقیق به جای زودباوری، استفاده از نوشتن در پرورش شاگردان، غلبه انگیزه های معنوی، تنوع در روش آموزش، مشارکت فراگیران در امر آموزش، شکرگزاری مواهب الهی، ایجاد فضای تاثیرگذار برای فراگیران، رویارویی چهره به چهره و سنجش به مثابه یادگیری بوده است.Apprenticeship Skills in the Story of Solomon and the Queen of Sheba
Prophet Solomon (Sulaymān) and the Queen of Sheba (Balqīs) are described in the Holy Quran as two wise personalities who held influential positions in society and had significant impact on others. The positive interaction of these two monarchs with their entourage and their manner of behavior and speech with others can serve as a suitable model for educators in general education and for professors in higher education, so that they may utilize it to provide effective teaching and succeed in nurturing students. In this research, the Quranic narrative of Prophet Solomon and the Queen of Sheba has been examined using a descriptive-analytical method, and its educational points regarding student nurturing have been extracted. Based on the findings of this research, student nurturing in the method of the Queen of Sheba was based on elements such as courtesy, consultation, authority, and avoidance of haste. Likewise, student nurturing in the approach of Prophet Solomon was based on components such as inquiring about the circumstances of the learners, fair judgment, freedom of expression, investigation instead of haste in judgment, the use of writing in student development, the predominance of spiritual motivations, diversity in teaching methods, participation of learners in the process of education, gratitude for divine blessings, creating an impactful environment for learners, face-to-face encounter, and assessment as learning.
