تحلیل تأثیر عوامل اقتصادی- اجتماعی مؤثر بر سلامت روانی بیماران مغز و اعصاب و روان در شهر اردبیل

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مطالعات نشان می دهند طی سال (های) اخیر اختلالات روانی در جوامع مختلف افزایش یافته است. با توجه به پیوستگی علوم انسانی، بررسی توأم عوامل اقتصادی- اجتماعی می تواند توصیه(های) سیاستی مهمی در بر داشته باشد. از این رو این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر عوامل اجتماعی- اقتصادی بر سلامت روان بیماران مغز و اعصاب و روان در شهر اردبیل دارد. روش شناسی : پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز در این بررسی از طریق روش(های) میدانی و اسنادی گردآوری شده اند. جامعه آماری پژوهش منطبق بر بیماران مغز و اعصاب و روان در شهر اردبیل است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده(ها) از نرم افزارSPSS وSMART PLS3 و آزمون های آماریTتک نمونه ای و ضریب تاییدی مسیر در نرم افزار SMART PLS استفاده شده است. یافته ها و نتایج : با توجه به یافته های پژوهش براساس مدل ساختاری، آماره T-Value برای تمامی متغیر(ها) بیشتر از (96/1) می باشد و در سطح اطمینان95/. معنادار است. و میزان واریانس تعدیل شده (AVE ) ) برای متغیر اقتصادی(331/.) و متغیر اجتماعی(428/.) می باشد و ارتباط معناداری بین عوامل اقتصادی – اجتماعی با سلامت روان بیماران دارد که بیشترین تاثیر مثبتی که عوامل بر سلامت روحی و روانی بیماران مغز و اعصاب و روان در شهر اردبیل گذاشته است مربوط به عوامل اجتماعی می باشد و در ارتباط با عوامل اقتصادی نیز با اینکه این ارتباط معنادار است به صورتی که هرچقدر عوامل اقتصادی و شرایط رفاهی بیماران بهتر باشد از سلامت روان بیشتر و در بیمارانی که از قشر پایین جامعه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته اند این تاثیر به صورت منفی بوده است و باعث افزایش بیماری روحی و روانی در افراد گردیده است. براساس یافته (های) پژوهش و نظرات پاسخگویان میانگین تمامی گویه (های) عوامل اقتصادی - اجتماعی کمتر از میانگین تجربی(3) بوده است که نشان دهنده عدم رضایت از زندگی و شرایط اقتصادی و اجتماعی بیماران مغز و اعصاب و روان می باشد و این عوامل در نهایت باعث افزایش استرس و پرخاشگری و کاهش سلامت روان در بین شهروندان و افزایش چند برابری بیماران مغز و اعصاب و روان در شهر اردبیل گردیده است.Analysis of the impact of socio-economic factors on the mental health of neuropsychiatric patients in Ardabil city
Background and Objective: Studies show that mental disorders have increased in different societies in recent years. Considering the continuity of human sciences, the combined examination of economic-social factors can contain important policy recommendations. Therefore, this research aims to determine the impact of socio-economic factors on the mental health of neuropsychiatric patients in Ardabil city Methodology : The current research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical method. The information required in this study has been collected through field and documentary methods. The statistical population of the research corresponds to neuropsychiatric patients in Ardabil city. For data analysis, SPSS and SMART PLS3 software and one-sample t-tests and path confirmation coefficient were used in SMART PLS software. Findings and Results: According to the research findings based on the structural model, the T-Value statistic for all variables is greater than (1.96) and the confidence level is 95. It is meaningful. and the amount of adjusted variance (AVE) for the economic variable (.331) and the social variable (.428) and there is a significant relationship between economic-social factors with the mental health of the patients, which has the most positive effect that the factors have on the mental health and The mental health of neuropsychiatric patients in Ardabil city is related to social factors and in relation to economic factors, even though this relationship is significant, the better the economic factors and welfare conditions of the patients, the better the mental health, and in patients who They have been studied from the lower strata of the society, this effect has been negative and has caused an increase in mental illness in people . Based on the findings of the research and the opinions of the respondents, the average of all items of socio-economic factors was lower than the experimental average (3), which shows the lack of satisfaction with the life and economic and social conditions of neuropsychiatric patients and these factors ultimately It has caused an increase in stress and aggression and a decrease in mental health among the citizens and a multiple increase in the number of mental and neurological patients in Ardabil city.
