چکیده
تعامل اجتماعی یکی از مهم ترین شاخصه های پیشگیری از بزه بوده که سیاستمداران را بر آن داشته تا نقش و جایگاه آن را در قالب مقرراتی خاص تبیین نمایند و این امر در حول محور مجرم، بزه دیده و جامعه امکان پذیر است و تعامل اجتماعی در راستای سه محور مذکور اتفاق می افتد. نظریات جرم شناختی همچون عدالت ترمیمی و پیشگیری از جرم با در نظرداشتن آموزه های تعامل اجتماعی شکل گرفته اند و شاخصه هایی همچون میانجی گری و جبران خسارت را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده اند. از آنجا که هنجارها با قانون کنترل می شوند، تعامل اجتماعی به هنجار نیز نقش مهمی در راستای پیشگیری از جرم دارد و مهم ترین نوع پیشگیری در این خصوص را می توان پیشگیری کنشی یا غیرکیفری عنوان داشت که قانون گذار به ابعاد مختلف باید مقررات افشاکنندگان فساد اقتصادی و نقش سازمان های مردم نهاد را در قالب مقررات مختلف و به صورت مستقل مورد توجه قرار دهد، هرچند که وضع قوانین و مقرراتی خاص در راستای مداخله اشخاص مختلف در راستای پیشگیری از جرم همچون سازمان های مردم نهاد را می توان عنوان نمود. از این جهت در مقاله پیش رو به بررسی نقش و جایگاه تعامل اجتماعی به هنجار در پیشگیری از جرم به روش تحلیلی توصیفی پرداخته شده و بدین نتیجه دست یافتیم که نقش و جایگاه تعامل اجتماعی به هنجار درخصوص پیشگیری از جرم امری غیرقابل کتمان است، به طوری که قوانین کیفری نوین ایران باتوجه به آیین نامه ها و دستورالعمل های موجود که در این زمینه وجود دارد، صحه بر این مدعا است.The Role of Normal Social Interaction in Crime Prevention

Since the norms are under the control of the law, social interaction with the norm also plays an important role in preventing the occurrence of crime, and the most important type of prevention in this field can be called active or non-criminal prevention such as situational prevention. Society includes development and environment. Although it can be said that special laws and regulations have been established in order to interfere with different people in order to prevent crimes such as semans. For this reason, in the following article, the role and place of social interaction with the norm in the prevention of crime has been analyzed analytically and descriptively, and we have come to the conclusion that the role and place of social interaction with the norm. Crime prevention is something that cannot be hidden. So that the new criminal laws of Iran are valid for this claim according to the existing regulations and instructions in this field.
