بررسی احتمال ابرقدرتی چین در برابر آمریکا با تأکید بر بررسی فضای حیاتی چین در دسترسی به آب های بین المللی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
قدرت یابی چین در حوزه های در اقتصاد، تکنولوژی این دیدگاه را به وجود آورده است که چین با توان اقتصادی، فناوری و نظامی گری و باتوجه به سابقه تاریخی خود می تواند گوی سبقت را از آمریکا برباید و خود را به عنوان ابرقدرت تنها معرفی کند. این مقاله ضمن قبول پیشرفت چشمگیر چین در اقتصاد، فناوری و نظامی گری که در رقابت با ایلات متحده آمریکا تعریف می شود قصد دارد از منظر موزائیکی و با روش تحلیل داده های کیفی وبا بهره گیری از نظریه فضای حیاتی فردریک راتزل احتمال ابرقدرتی چین به عنوان ابرقدرت تنها را بررسی کند. از نتیجه این مقاله چنین برداشت می گردد که مناقشات مرزی یک کشور با همسایگانش سبب تضعیف قدرت ملی آن می شود ایلات متحده آمریکا به عنوان رقیب جمهوری خلق چین تقریباً با هیچ یک از کشورهای همسایه اش مناقشه مرزی ندارد. در مقابل چین با داشتن دسته کم۱۷ مناقشه مرزی با کشورهایی حوزه دریایی شرق و جنوب و همسایگی با دو کشور اتمی بی ملاحظه در کنار ژئواستراتژی A2/AD آمریکا در قیاس با آمریکا دارای مشکلات عدیده ای می باشد. به عبارت دیگر جمهوری خلق چین ضمن داشتن اقتصادی قدرتمند و پویا، فضای حیاتی لازم جهت رشد در دسترسی به آب های بین المللی را ندارد. به همین دلیل به نظر می رسد که از منظر فضای حیات جغرافیاییجمهوری خلق چین با تمام حکمرانی خوب خود و استراتژی های درست حکومتی به دلیل مناقشات مرزی با همسایگان عدم دسترسی آسان به آب ها آزاد نمی تواند فرا قوانین بازی تعیین شده توسط ایلات متحده بازی کرده و گوی سبقت را از ایلات متحده آمریکا برباید.Examining China’s Possible Superpower Against the United States with emphasis on examining China's Biosphere in Access to International Waters
China's strengthening in the areas of economy and technology has given rise to the view that China, with its economic, technological and military power and due to its historical record, can overtake America and introduce itself as the only superpower. While accepting China's significant progress in economy, technology and militarism, which is defined in competition with the United States of America, this article aims to investigate the possibility of China's superpower as the only superpower from a mosaic point of view and with the qualitative data analysis method and using Frederick Ratzel's critical space theory. to check From the conclusion of this article, it is understood that the border disputes of a country with its neighbors weaken its national power. The United States of America, as a competitor of the People's Republic of China, has almost no border disputes with any of its neighboring countries. On the other hand, China, having 17 border disputes with countries in the eastern and southern seas and neighboring with two reckless nuclear countries, has many problems in comparison with the US. In other words, the People's Republic of China, while having a powerful and dynamic economy, does not have the vital space necessary for growth in access to international waters. For this reason, it seems that from the point of view of the geographic life space, the People's Republic of China, with all its good governance and correct government strategies, cannot play beyond the rules of the game set by the United States
