چکیده
حوزه های روستایی بعنوان پهنه جمعیتی می توانند نقش مهمی در سر نوشت انتخابات ها داشته باشند., و همواره در سالهای گذشته نقش تعین کننده ای در نتایج انتخابات داشته اند لذا هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر بررسی الگوی مشارکت سیاسی روستاییان شهرستان رشت طی دو دهه اخیر می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از منظر روش توصیفی با رویکردی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه سرپرستان خانوارهای روستایی است که در روستاهای مورد مطالعه سکونت دارند. براساس آمار و اطلاعات به دست آمده تعداد 18617 خانوار در روستاهای پیرامونی شهر رشت سکونت دارند و بر طبق این آمار و براساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 376 نفر به عنوان تعداد نمونه انتخاب گردید. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه ای و میدانی و از طریق فیش و پرسشنامه است. برای کمی سازی متغییرها تعداد 37مورد سوال طراحی و مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت .روش تجزیه وتحلیل با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استباطی و از ابزار تجزیه وتحلیل نرم افزار SPSS22،وSmart PLS2 و صورت گرفته است . براساس نتایج به دست آمده در این تحقیق نشان می دهد شاخص های علاقمندی به شرکت در انتخابات (815/0)، وضعیت اقتصادی (671/0)، وضعیت فرهنگی (566/0)، جریانات سیاسی (481/0) به عنوان عواملی دست اول و شاخص رسانه ها (585/0) به عنوان عامل درجه دوم و قوم گرایی (215/0)، تحصیلات (768/0) و مشارکت (749/0) به عنوان عوامل دسته سوم بر میزان مشارکت سیاسی روستاییان در شهرستان رشت اثر گذار هستند ،لذا توجه به پسکرانه ها و حوزه های روستایی به ویژه عوامل اقتصادی – اجتماعی وشاخصهای مربوطه آنها تاثیر بیشتری در پویایی و مشارکت سیاسی مناطق روستایی به همراه خواهد داشت.Identifying and prioritizing factors affecting political participation of villagers in Rasht city(2000-2020)

The formation of urban and rural councils marked one of the important developments in the contemporary history of Iran, because on the one hand, the establishment of councils since the beginning of the revolution has always been one of the important ideals and hopes. and on the other hand, the direct connection of the duties of the councils to the loss of each individual and its effect in organizing the political participation of the people and their involvement in their destiny gives the councils a prominent place in the set of social trends. Urban and rural elections, the presidency and experts from the principle point of view And Nazari has three important capabilities that meet the requirements of the new paradigm of development: the formation of rural institutions is a way to increase social capital in rural areas of the country; city and village elections are the most important mechanism to strengthen participatory democracy in It is considered villages.
