سیاست خارجی آمریکا در قبال اسرائیل و پیامدهای آن بر امنیت ملی ایران (2020-2024)

چکیده
سیاست خارجی آمریکا در قبال اسراییل در دوران بایدن متاثر از عوامل مختلفی است. از یک سو اتحاد استراتژیک و کلان این دو بازیگر تداوم یافته و وقایعی چون 7 اکتبر و مقابله با تهدیدات ایران، آنرا عمق بیشتری داده است. از سوی دیگر سیاست کلان ایالات متحده در زمینه کاهش تعهدات و درگیری در خاورمیانه و سیاست موازنه فراساحلی نیز بر روابط آمریکا و اسراییل و به طور کلی بر روابط بازیگران در خاورمیانه تاثیر گذارده است. پرسش اصلی این پژوهش این است که «رویکرد سیاست خارجی بایدن در قبال خاورمیانه و مشخصا اسرائیل چگونه امنیت ملی ایران را متاثر کرده است؟» یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که «بایدن با اتخاذ رویکرد موازنه فراساحلی در خاورمیانه، افزایش نقش آفرینی اسرائیل و همچنین گروه-های نیابتی همسو با منافع تهران در خاورمیانه را در پی داشته است. این سیاست زمینه گسترش تنش و نزاع بین ایران و اسراییل را فراهم آورده است». همچنین، بین سیاست حمایتی آمریکا در قبال اسرائیل و تهدید محیط امنیتی ایران ارتباط وجود دارد و اتحاد کشورهای عربی و اسراییل در چارچوب پیمان ابراهیم، واقعه 7 اکتبر و گسترش نزاع در منطقه خاورمیانه همگی امنیت ملی ایران را تحت تاثیر قرار داده اند. در این پژوهش از روش تحلیلی توصیفی استفاده شده و روش جمع آوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه ای است.U.S Foreign policy towards Israel and its consequences on Iran's national security
American foreign policy towards Israel during the Biden era is affected by various factors. On the one hand, the strategic and macro alliance of these two actors has continued, and events such as October 7 and confronting Iran's threats have given it more depth. On the other hand, the macro policy of the United States in the field of reducing commitments and conflicts in the Middle East and the offshore balance policy has also affected the relations between the United States and Israel and in general the relations between actors in the Middle East. The main question of this research is "How has Biden's foreign policy approach towards the Middle East and especially Israel affected Iran's national security?" The findings of the research indicate that "by adopting the offshore balancing approach in the Middle East, Biden has sought to increase the role of Israel as well as proxy groups aligned with Tehran's interests in the Middle East." This policy has provided the basis for the expansion of tension and conflict between Iran and Israel. Also, there is a connection between America's support policy towards Israel and the threat to Iran's security environment, and the alliance of Arab countries and Israel within the framework of the Abraham Pact, the October 7 incident and the spread of conflict in the Middle East region have all affected Iran's national security. In this research, a descriptive analytical method is used and the method of collecting information is a library.
