چکیده
صنعت نفت و گاز همواره نیازمند بهره گیری از فناوری های نوین بوده و این امر در توسعه اقتصادی کشورهای نفتی تاثیر چشمگیری دارد، بااین همه فرصت های رشد و دستیابی به فناوری، اغلب در اختیار شرکت های بزرگ نفتی در جهان است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اشکال انتقال فناوری و بررسی ساختارهای حمایتی در فرایند انتقال و توسعه فناوری است. این پژوهش با روش مطالعه کتابخانه ای، در سه بخش، ابتدا به تعریف فناوری وجایگاه آن در صنعت نفت وگاز پرداخته و سپس انتقال فناوری و جایگاه آن در صنایع نفت وگاز مورد بررسی قرار داده و در بخش آخر نیز توسعه فناوری و نقش آن در قراردادهای نفتی موردتوجه بوده است. بنابر نتایج حاصله، انتقال و توسعه فناوری، یرای صنایع نفت وگاز ضروری است، اما برای حفاظت از دارایی های فکری و معنوی دارندگان فناوری، باید از آنها حمایت های لازم صورت گیرد.Technology Transfer and Development in the Oil and Gas Industry: Challenges and Limitations
The oil and gas industry depends heavily on technological advancements, which play a vital role in the economic growth of oil-producing nations. Despite opportunities for innovation and access to new technologies, these advancements are often controlled by major global oil corporations. This study explores various methods of technology transfer and the support structures that facilitate this process. Conducted as a library-based research study, it is divided into three sections. The first defines technology and its significance in the oil and gas sector. The second examines the mechanisms and importance of technology transfer within the industry. The final section discusses technological development and its role in oil contracts. The findings highlight that while technology transfer and development are crucial for industry progress, safeguarding intellectual property and proprietary assets remains equally important.
