مطالعه کجروی های فرهنگی در محیط های ورزشی به روش تحلیل مضمون (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
تحقیق حاضر با عنوان «مطالعه کجروی های فرهنگی در محیط ورزش» و با هدف شناسایی علل بروز و راهکارهای حل این کجروی ها انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر راهبرد کیفی و از نظر اجراء از نوع تحلیل مضمون است. مشارکت کنندگان در تحقیق، مدیران و مسئولان ورزشگاه ها، تیم ها و ادارات ورزشی، لیدرها، ورزشکاران و مربیان، تیم داوری، پلیس ورزشگاه ها، پیشکسوتان ورزشی، اساتید دانشگاه و صاحب نظران و متخصصین فرهنگ و ورزش، خبرنگاران، گزارشگران، عکاسان، روزنامه نگاران و کارکنان محیط های ورزشی بودند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت گلوله برفی تعیین و با ۲۵ نفر، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. در نهایت برای کدگذاری و تحلیل داده ها، از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. تحلیل کدها نشان داد کجروی ها در دو طبقه بالقوه و بالفعل قرار می گیرند. علل کجروی ها نیز در سه مقوله ساختاری، زمینه ای و رفتاری طبقه بندی شدند و در نهایت راهکارهای پیشگیری و بهبود کجروی های فرهنگی در محیط های ورزشی در سه مقوله بازسازی شناختی، انطباق و سازگاری و در نهایت اثربخشی اقدامات فرهنگی طبقه بندی گردیدند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، برای کنترل و پیشگیری از کجروی های فرهنگی چندین راهکار از جمله آموزش رفتارهای صحیح اخلاقی به هواداران، تعلیم و تربیت کودکان از طریق انتقال ارزش های اسلامی، اخلاقی و فرهنگی و همچنین ارزش های مبتنی بر المپیک و پارالمپیک مانند دوستی، احترام و برابری، استفاده از ورزشکاران شاخص و الگوسازی فرهنگی در زمینه رفتارهای صحیح در محیط های ورزشی و نیز استفاده از ظرفیت ورزش برای توسعه رفتار هواداری و تشویق به بازی جوانمردانه و ورزش پاک پیشنهاد می شود.Study the Cultural Deviance in Sports Environments via Content Analysis Method
This research is to determine the causes of cultural deviations in sports and how to address them. It employs the thematic analysis method in terms of practical goals, qualitative strategy and performance. The participants were selected among managers, referees, teams, sports institutions, leaders, athletes, coaches, stadium security guards, veterans, professors, experts in sports and culture, reporters, photographers, journalists, and stadium staff. Twenty-five samples were selected using the snowball sampling technique and through semi-structured interviews. The thematic analysis method was used to code and analyze the data. The data analysis indicated that these deviations fall into two categories: potential and actual, with the causes categorized into three types: structural, contextual, and behavioral. Finally, strategies to prevent and improve these deviations are categorized into cognitive restructuring, adaptation, compatibility, and the efficacy of cultural measures.According to the research findings, several solutions can be implemented to control and prevent cultural deviations. These include teaching appropriate moral behavior to fans, educating children through Islamic, moral, and cultural values, as well as values based on the Olympics and Paralympics. Additionally, promoting friendship, respect, and equality, utilizing prominent athletes for cultural modeling of appropriate behaviors in sports environments, and leveraging the potential of sports to develop fan behavior and encourage fair play and clean sports are recommended.
