بررسی اشکالات هیوم بر برهان نظم و پاسخ آنها

چکیده
طبیعت منظوم هیومی، تنها نشانه ای از شباهت احتمالی حکمتی لاهوتی با عقل آدمی است، اما بیش از این چیزی را ثابت نمی کند. ازنظر هیوم، تفسیر معقول نظم طبیعی نمی تواند مبنای استدلال بر اثبات وجود خدا و ناظم عالم باشد. نقادی مستدل او بر برهان نظم، ساده ترین و عمومی ترین راه اثبات خدا را با چالش جدی مواجه ساخت و به گمان خویش، خداطلبی استدلالی را به کلی از صحنه خارج ساخت. همین امر لزوم پاسخ گویی مناسب و درخور را به منظور جلوگیری استنکاف عامه مردم از خداگرایی و تمایل به مادی گرایی در پی داشت. به همین دلیل، بسیاری از اندیشمندان مسلمان و غیرمسلمان، به پاسخ اشکالات هیومی پرداختند. در این نوشتار، با روش تحلیلی- توصیفی به بررسی و پاسخ گویی پاره ای از این اشکالات پرداخته شده و معلوم گردیده است که با عدم التزام به مبانی هیومی، بسیاری از این شبهات، از اساس بی پایه و موهوم است و از طرف دیگر با جواز بهره مندی از روش استدلالی، پذیرش نظم به عنوان وجه شبه طرفین تمثیل، مفید فایده خواهد بود و به این ترتیب دسته دیگر شبهات نیز پاسخ داده می شود و رسالت برهان نظم نیز روشن خواهد شد.Examining Hume’s Objections to the Design Argument and Responding to Them
Hume's systematic critique of the Design Argument posits that the ordered nature of the universe merely suggests a possible resemblance between Divine wisdom and human reason but does not prove anything beyond this. According to him, a rational interpretation of natural order cannot serve as a basis for proving the existence of God or a designer of the universe. His well-reasoned critique challenged the simplest and most common path to proving God's existence and, in his view, entirely dismissed rational theism from the discourse.This critique necessitated appropriate and adequate responses to prevent the general public from rejecting theism and leaning toward materialism. Consequently, many Muslim and non-Muslim thinkers addressed Hume’s objections.This study employs an analytical-descriptive method to examine and respond to some of these objections. It concludes that by not adhering to Hume’s foundational assumptions, many of these objections are fundamentally baseless and illusory. Furthermore, by permitting the use of rational argumentation, accepting order as a valid analogy becomes beneficial, thereby addressing the remaining objections. In this way, the purpose [and validity] of the Design Argument are clarified.
