چکیده
جنگ یا عملیات روانی، که امروزه به مفهوم و دانش واژه ای میان رشته ای بین روان شناسی اجتماعی، ارتباطات رسانه ای و مطالعات بین الملل تبدیل شده، از آورده های تمدن جنگ خواسته مدرن برای نظام های سیاسی و معادله ای ثابت در قدرت نوین است. شناخت موضوعی و تخصصی از ماهیت، ابعاد و تکنیک های عملیات روانی، لازمه بررسی های کارشناسانه فقهی و اخلاقی در برابر آن به عنوان واقعیتی غیر قابل چشم پوشی در سیاست جهانی و حتی ملی و احتمالاً طراحی الگویی جایگزین بر اساس شریعت و فقه حکومتی امامیه خواهد بود. مقاله حاضر، ضمن بازشناسی دقیق و همه جانبه عملیات روانی در نظر و تجربه و معاصر، نصوص، قواعد و احکام فقهی قابل طرح در مواجهه با آن را بررسی و در پایان، جمع بندی کلانی برای رویارویی و کاربست آن ارائه کرده است.Modern Psychological Operations, Challenges and Islamic Studies in Understanding, Encountering and Applying
Psychological war or psychological operations, which has nowadays become the interdisciplinary concept and knowledge of social psychology, media relations, and international studies, is the result of the modern civilization war for political systems and a fixed aspect of modern power. The thematic and specialized knowledge of the nature, dimensions and techniques of psychological operations is a must for specialized jurisprudential and ethical studies. Psychological operation is an indisputable fact in world politics and even national politics and, in this regard, we need to design an alternative model based on Shari'a and Imamiyah government jurisprudence. Through a careful and comprehensive review of psychological operations in terms of opinion, experience and contemporaries, the present paper examines the texts and jurisprudential rulings and principles and finally presents a comprehensive summary of the discussion.
