چکیده
صنعت ساخت و ساز در حال تغییر پارادایم به سمت خدمات مشترک به عنوان وسیله ای برای بهبود کارایی، کاهش هزینه ها و ارتقای پایداری است. این مطالعه به بررسی پذیرش، ادراکات و تأثیرات خدمات مشترک در صنعت ساختمان در ایران می پردازد. با استفاده از روش ترکیبی، داده ها از 150 متخصص ساخت و ساز از طریق نظرسنجی و مصاحبه جمع آوری شد. این مطالعه آگاهی، نگرش، الگوهای استفاده، و مزایا و چالش های درک شده از خدمات مشترک را بررسی می کند. یافته ها سطح متوسطی از آگاهی و ادراکات مثبت از خدمات مشترک را نشان می دهند، با صرفه جویی در هزینه، افزایش کارایی و بهره وری بهبود یافته به عنوان مزایای کلیدی. با این حال، چالش هایی مانند مقاومت در برابر تغییر و موانع فنی مانع پذیرش گسترده خدمات مشترک می شود. این مطالعه همچنین تاثیر خدمات مشترک بر بهره وری، کارایی، هزینه ها، مدیریت مالی و پایداری محیطی را بررسی می کند. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری و بینش های کیفی، پیشرفت های قابل توجهی در بهره وری و کارایی نسبت داده شده به خدمات مشترک، همراه با کاهش قابل توجه هزینه و مزایای زیست محیطی را روشن می کند. بر اساس یافته ها، توصیه هایی برای افزایش آگاهی، ارتقای همکاری، پرداختن به موانع تکنولوژیکی، بهبود حمایت نظارتی و ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی و اجتماعی ارائه شده است.Examining the features and characteristics of sharing decision-making services and products and its impact on the improvement of construction processes
The construction industry is undergoing a paradigm shift towards shared services as a means to improve efficiency, reduce costs and promote sustainability. This study examines the acceptance, perceptions and effects of shared services in the construction industry in Iran. Using a mixed method, data were collected from 150 construction professionals through surveys and interviews. This study examines awareness, attitudes, usage patterns, and perceived benefits and challenges of shared services. Findings show a moderate level of awareness and positive perceptions of shared services, with cost savings, increased efficiency and improved productivity as key benefits. However, challenges such as resistance to change and technical barriers hinder the widespread adoption of shared services. This study also examines the impact of shared services on productivity, efficiency, costs, financial management and environmental sustainability. Statistical analysis and qualitative insights illuminate significant improvements in productivity and efficiency attributed to shared services, along with significant cost reductions and environmental benefits. Based on the findings, recommendations are made to increase awareness, promote collaboration, address technological barriers, improve regulatory support, and assess environmental and social impacts.
