چکیده
توحید، نبوت و معاد به عنوان اصول دین اسلام، مضامین والایی را در بسیاری از زمینه ها در بردارند که هدایت و "مدیریت" انسان و جامعه اسلامی با هدف تحقق سعادت و رستگاری او در آنها مستتر است. به عبارت دیگر می توان اینگونه گفت که آنچه امروزه از آن با عنوان "مدیریت" در علوم انسانی نام برده می شود، در قلمروی دین اسلام با مفهوم آشنای "هدایت انسان در ارتباط است و از این منظر، "مدیریت اسلامی" تبیین می شود. در کشورهای اسلامی با توجه به احکام و شریعت اسلامی، مدیریت اسلامی جزء لاینفک این جوامع است. بنابراین ضرورت طرح این مسأله و توجه به مدیریت اسلامی در حکومت اسلامی و بررسی مفاهیم و تعاریف این نوع مدیریت، موضوعی ضروری و مهم است. با توجه به اهمیت مدیریت اسلامی پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی تحلیلی به طراحی مدل گونه شناسی مدیریت مطلوب از دیدگاه اندیشمندان مدیریت پرداخته است. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش مشخص شد که رسالت مدیریت در اسلام تعالی انسان و تولید (با تکیه بر اصل عدالت محوری) بود و مدیریت مطلوب بر مبنای ارزش های الهی اسلام، زمینه های تعالی انسان و سازمان را فراهم آورد ه است.Designing an optimal Islamic management model with an emphasis on geographical and geopolitical components
Monotheism, Prophethood and Resurrection as the principles of Islamic religion contain high themes in many fields, which hide the guidance and "management" of man and the Islamic society with the aim of realizing his happiness and salvation. In other words, it can be said that what is called "management" in the human sciences today is related to the familiar concept of "human guidance" in the realm of Islam, and from this point of view, "Islamic management" is explained. In Islamic countries, according to Islamic rules and Sharia, Islamic management is an integral part of these societies. Therefore, the necessity of raising this issue and paying attention to Islamic management in Islamic government and examining the concepts and definitions of this type of management is a necessary and important issue. On the importance of Islamic management, the present research has focused on the design of the optimal management typology model from the point of view of management thinkers using a descriptive and analytical method. Based on the findings of the research, it was determined that the mission of management in Islam was the exaltation of man and production (based on the principle of central justice) and Optimal management based on the divine values of Islam has provided the grounds for human and organizational excellence.
