الگوی رهبری خدمتگزار مبتنی بر سبک شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی در راستای برنامه ریزی منطقه ای (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
خدمت و خدمت گزاری، یکی از عالی ترین مضامین مطرح شده در متون دینی و گفتار و سیره رهب ران دین ی م ا مسلمان است. به رغم بحث ها و گفتگوهای فراوانی که در این زمینه میان مدیران و رهبران جامعه ما صورت می گیرد، اما هنوز این مفهوم و مصادیق آن در قالب یک الگوی علمی و مدون ارائه نشده اس ت. ح ال آنک ه حدود چهار دهه از مطرح شدن و عملیاتی شدن الگوی رهبری خدمتگزار در چندین کشور غربی م ی گ ذرد. این تحقیق به منظور پر کردن این خلأ علمی در کشور و با الگو قرار دادن شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی، ب ه عن وان ی ک رهبر خدمتگزار، به بررسی اندیشه های آن شخصیت در زمینه رهبری خدمتگزار پرداخته است. این تحقیق یک پ ژوهش بنی ادی از ن وع توصیفی _ اکتشافی است، برای بررسی الگو ازروش تحلی ل مضمون استفاده شده است. برای گردآوری و شناسایی مضامین مرتبط با رهبری خدمتگزار، نخست مب انی نظری و دیدگاه های مختلف صاحب نظران غربی طی سال های اخیر بررسی شد، سپس با بررس ی و مطالع ه کامل 22جلد کتاب در رابطه با شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی، مضمونهای م رتبط، اس تخراج و کدگ ذاری گردی ده و فراوان ی آنه اشمارش شده اند. به منظور تدوین الگوی جامع رهبری خدمتگزار از شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی، نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهند این الگ و دارای س ه مضمون غالب، پانزده مضمون فراگیر، 35 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 110 مضمون اصلی و 22 مضمون فرعی است. روابط میان این مضمون ها نیز در قالب یک الگو ارائه شده ان د.Servant leadership model based on the style of martyr Haj Qassem Soleimani in line with regional planning
Service is one of the highest themes raised in religious texts and the speech and life of our Muslim religious leaders. Despite the many discussions and discussions that take place in this field among the managers and leaders of our society, this concept and its examples have not yet been presented in the form of a scientific and codified model. Now, about four decades have passed since the introduction and implementation of the servant leadership model in several western countries. In order to fill this scientific gap in the country and using the example of martyr Hajj Qassem Soleimani as a servant leader, this research has investigated the thoughts of that personality in the field of servant leadership. This research is a basic research of descriptive-exploratory type, thematic analysis method was used to examine the pattern. In order to collect and identify themes related to servant leadership, first the theoretical foundations and various viewpoints of western experts were examined in recent years, then by reviewing and studying the entire 22 volumes of books related to martyr Haj Qasim Soleimani, the related themes were extracted and coded. And their abundance has been counted. In order to develop a comprehensive model of servant leadership from martyr Hajj Qassem Soleimani, the research results show that this model has three dominant themes, fifteen comprehensive themes, 35 organizing themes, 110 main themes and 22 secondary themes. The relationships between these themes are also presented in the form of a model.
