چکیده
تنوع قومی در ایران به گونه ای است که می توان جامعه پلی اتنیک یا کثیر الاقوام را بر آن اطلاق نمود. از این رو سازماندهی سیاسی فضا و آمایش سرزمین، ماهیت قوانین از جنبه تئوریک و عملی، سیاستهای اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و... مستلزم تعریفی است که همگرایی معنوی برونداد نهایی آن باشد. مقاله حاضر با تکیه بر منابع مکتوب داخلی و خارجی و به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی با مفروض قرار دادن این امر نقش مولفه های قومی - زبانی در بحران های ژئوپلیتیکی ایران دارای چه فرصت ها و تهدیدات و نیز قوت ها و ضعف هایی بوده است؟ تبیین تحلیلی مولفه های تاثیرگذار مولفه های قومی – زبانی، می تواند بحران های ژئوپلیتیک دیگری از جمله بحران توسعه، بحران انزوای جغرافیایی و بحران مشارکت را به وجود آورد. تنوع قومی در ایران به گونه ای است که می توان جامعه پلی اتنیک یا کثیر الاقوام را بر آن اطلاق نمود. از این رو سازماندهی سیاسی فضا و آمایش سرزمین، ماهیت قوانین از جنبه تئوریک و عملی، سیاستهای اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و... مستلزم تعریفی است که همگرایی معنوی برونداد نهایی آن باشد. مقاله حاضر با تکیه بر منابع مکتوب داخلی و خارجی و به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی با مفروض قرار دادن این امر نقش مولفه های قومی - زبانی در بحران های ژئوپلیتیکی ایران دارای چه فرصت ها و تهدیدات و نیز قوت ها و ضعف هایی بوده است؟ .Explaining the role of ethno-linguistic components in the geopolitical changes of Iran's border regions
