چکیده
تحقق عدالت در جامعه به عنوان اصلی ترین هدف حکومت اسلامی در عرصه آزادی های سیاسی که با بسط مفاهیم لیبرالیسم و دموکراسی در جهان امروز به یک امر مهم بدل شده، موضوعی چالشی است که ضرورت اقتضاء می کند ابعاد آن مورد بررسی قرارگیرد. به همین منظور نوشتار حاضر برای بررسی نحوه تحقق عدالت در آزادی های سیاسی در پاسخ به این سوال اصلی که عدالت در آزادی های سیاسی مبتنی بر کلام سیاسی شیعه چگونه محقق می شود؟ با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به ارزیابی نحوه تحقق عدالت در عرصه آزادی های سیاسی می پردازد. یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که عدالت مبتنی بر مؤلفه برابری، آزادی های سیاسی را در همه ابعاد برای همگان شامل می شود، اما مبتنی بر مؤلفه شایستگی به دلیل برخی از اقتضائات هم چون پایبندی به قوانین و احکام اسلام، امنیت، مصالح جامعه و اموری از این قبیل محدودیت هایی را برای آن قائل می شود.A look at justice in political freedoms from the perspective of Shia political theology
Achieving justice is a challenging issue in the society as the main goal of the Islamic government in the field of political freedoms, which has become an important issue with the expansion of the concepts of liberalism and democracy in the world today, is necessary to examine its dimensions. For this purpose, the present article is to investigate the way of realizing justice in political freedoms in response to the main question that how is justice realized in political freedoms based on Shia political theology? evaluates the way of realizing justice in political freedoms with a descriptive-analytical method. The findings of the research indicate that justice based on the component of equality includes political freedoms in all dimensions for everyone, but justice is based on the component of merit due to some requirements such as adherence to the laws and rules of Islam, security, and the interests of society, ccreates limits for it.
