بررسی تجارب زیسته دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان از سفر راهیان نور: مطالعه پدیدارشناسی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تجارب زیسته دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان از سفر راهیان نور صورت گرفت. این مطالعه با روش کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. پژوهشگران با بهره گیری از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از نوع معیار، تعداد 8 نفر از دانشجو معلمان پسر و دختر اعزامی به راهیان نور را شناسایی و از آن ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته به عمل آوردند. داده های استخراج شده از مصاحبه ها به روش هفت مرحله ای کلایزی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جهت اعتباربخشی به یافته ها از ملاک چهارگانه گوبا و لینکلن (1989) استفاده شد. تجارب دانشجو معلمان در قالب پنج مضمون اصلی 1- مشکلات و چالش های سفر ۲- دستاوردهای راهیان نور ۳- تربیت نسل تراز انقلاب اسلامی و دفاع مقدس۴- راهکارهای بهبود راهیان نور ۵- پیامدهای حضور در راهیان نور طبقه بندی شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان بر این اعتقاد هستند که حضور در راهیان نور برای آنها پیامدهای در ابعاد مختلف داشته است و همچنین باوردهای آنها در حوزه تربیتی و به خصوص تربیت دانش آموزان تغییر و رشد پیدا کرده است. دانشجومعلمان در کنار تمامی دستاوردهای ذکر شده، مشکلاتی و چالش هایی را در این سفر مطرح کرده اند.Examining the lived experiences of student-teachers of Farhangian University from the journey of Rahian Noor: a phenomenological study
The present study was conducted with the aim of examining the lived experiences of student-teachers of Farhangian University from the journey of Rahian Noor. This study was conducted with a qualitative method using a phenomenological approach. Using the purposeful criterion sampling method, the researchers identified 8 male and female student-teachers sent to Rahian Noor and conducted a semi-structured interview with them. The data extracted from the interviews were analyzed using the seven-step Colaizii method. Guba and Lincoln's (1989) quadruple criterion was used to validate the findings. The experiences of student-teachers were classified in the form of five main themes: 1- Problems and challenges of journey 2- Achievements of Rahian Noor 3- Raising the next generation of the Islamic Revolution and Holy Defense 4- Solutions to improve Rahian Noor 5- Consequences of attending Rahian Noor. The results of the research show that the student-teachers of Farhangian University believe that attending Rahian Noor had consequences for them in different dimensions and also that their beliefs in the field of education and especially the education of students have changed and grown. Along with all the mentioned achievements, the student-teachers have raised some problems and challenges in this trip.
