چکیده
مکان ها و فضاهای جغرافیایی، ساختار فیزیکی و کالبدی خلاقیت در شهر را تبیین می کنند. بر همین اساس، رابطه علت و معلولی بین مکان ها و فضاهای شهری با خلاقیت دوسویه است. بررسی مسائل و مشکلات شهر تهران، به دنبال رسیدن به توسعه پایدار شهری و ایجاد بستری برای تحقق شهر خلاق در کلان شهر تهران ضروری می باشد. راهبردهای خلاقانه تحقق شهر پایدار در کلان شهر تهران به جهت بهره گیری از شیوه ها و الگوهای خلاق در زمینه های اجتماعی- فرهنگی، اقتصادی، زیست محیطی، ساخت وساز محیطی مؤثر در توسعه پایدار و تعیین میزان پتانسیل شهر در حرکت به سوی تحقق شهر خلاق پایدار با تعیین شاخص ها و مؤلفه های توسعه پایدار شهری می باشد. این پژوهش با هدف کاربردی-توسعه ای و روش انجام توصیفی- تحلیلی که از شیوه های کتابخانه ای، اسنادی - پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری آن مطالعه اسنادی، آمارها و اطلاعات موردنیاز جمع آوری می شود و اطلاعات به تفکیک جوامع مختلف با بهره گیری از جمع حاصل همبستگی AHP ، SWOT به صورت تجزیه وتحلیل قرار می گیرد. از جوامع مورد بررسی اعم از: 1. شهروندان؛ 2. کارشناسان و متخصصان؛ 3. کلیه متولیان، مدیران و مسئولان، از پرسش نامه بهره گرفته شده است، بنابراین تحقیق به دنبال این است که یک تحلیل راهبردی از بین مباحث داشته باشد و روشن کند اشکالات استراتژیکی که در شهر تهران مانع استفاده از خلاقیت می شوند، کدام اند؟اهداف پژوهش:تعیین تأثیرگذاری الگوهای شهر خلاق بر توسعه پایدار شهر تهران.تعیین نقاط قوت و ضعف توسعه پایدار شهر تهران از منظر شهر خلاق.سؤالات پژوهش:تأثیرگذاری الگوهای شهر خلاق بر توسعه پایدار شهر تهران چگونه است؟نقاط قوت و ضعف توسعه پایدار شهر تهران از منظر شهر خلاق چیست؟Investigating the sustainable development of Tehran from the perspective of a creative city
