تأثیر رنگ آمیزی فضای آموزشی بر خلاقیت و تمرکز ذهنی هنرجویان رشته معماری (مطالعه موردی؛ هنرستان دخترانه هفده شهریور کرج)

چکیده
خلاقیت فردی یک توانمندی اکتسابی است و ارتقای سطح خلاقیت افراد بعنوان یکی از شاخص های کیفی یادگیری محسوب می شود. امروزه نیروی انسانی متخصص و خلاق، به عنوان مهمترین سرمایه سازمانی شناخته شده است که می تواند با اصلاح یا تغییر آگاهانه کارکردها و فرآیندهای سازمانی، موجبات ارتقا و توسعه پایدار سازمان خود را فراهم آورد. توجه به شرایط محیط آموزشی دانش آموزان یکی از مؤلفه های مؤثر بر ارتقای سطح خلاقیت آنها است. استفاده از رنگ های مناسب در فضاهای مدرسه یکی از عوامل ارتقادهنده حس تعلق به مدرسه می شود. بنابراین درک روحیه و احساس دانش آموزان و استفاده درست از رنگ های مختلف برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای روحی و روانشناختی دانش آموزان بسیار ضروری است. در این پژوهش به بررسی اثر رنگ آمیزی فضای آموزشی بر سطح خلاقیت ذهنی هنرجویان پایه دهم رشته معماری داخلی هنرستان 17 شهریور کرج پرداخته شده است. برای سنجش خلاقیت هنرجویان از آزمون خلاقیت تورنس بهره گیری شد. بدین منظور تعداد 16 نفر از مجموع 67 هنرجوی مشغول به تحصیل در هنرستان مورد نظر، به صورت کاملاً تصادفی گزینش شدند. هنرجویان به صورت دو مرحله ای (قبل و بعد از اعمال تیمار رنگ آمیزی فضای آموزشی) مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. نمرات کسب شده هنرجویان با استفاده از آزمون آماری ناپارامتریک ویلکاکسون در سطح اعتماد 95 درصد در نرم افزار SPSS 22 مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که رنگ آمیزی فضای آموزشی تأثیر معنیداری بر سطح خلاقیت هنرجویان داشته (05/0 < p) و میانگین رتبه های افزایش یافته و کاهش یافته هنرجویان به ترتیب برابر 11 و 4 بوده است. از آنجا که رنگها دارای تأثیرات فیزیولوژیکی و روانی بر انسانها هستند، با شناخت صحیح و بهره گیری بجا از آنها می توان به رشد خلاقیت فراگیران کمک کرد. توجه به ارتقای سطح خلاقیت هنرجویان در سطوح آموزشی پایه، می تواند از طریق تربیت کارشناسان خلاق و کارآمد در آینده، بستری مناسب جهت تحقق آرمانهای توسعه پایدار کشور را در پی داشته باشد.The effect of the educational space painting on the creativity and mental concentration of architecture students (case study: 17th Shahrivar girls school, Karaj)
Individual creativity is an acquired ability and improving the level of creativity of people is considered one of the quality indices of learning. Nowadays, expert and creative human resources are known as the most important organizational property, which can lead to the improvement and sustainable development of the organization through the conscious modification or change of organizational functions and processes. Since today’s students are the future builders of this country, therefore, it is very important to pay attention to the conditions of the educational environment as one of the important and effective components in improving the level of creativity of students. One of the determining factors in creating a sense of belonging to the school is the use of appropriate colors in the school spaces. The colors have different effects on people and this depends on their moods and feelings. Therefore, it is very necessary to use colors that suit the mental and psychological needs of students in school spaces and furniture. In this research, the effect of the painting of the educational space on the level of mental creativity of the 10th-grade students of the Interior Architecture school of 17th Shahrivar school of Karaj has been investigated. Torrance’s creativity test was used to measure students’ creativity. For this purpose, the number of 16 students from a total of 67 students studying in the desired school were selected randomly. The students were assessed in two stages (before and after applying the painting of the educational space). The scores obtained by the students were compared using the Wilcoxon non-parametric statistical test at a confidence level of 95% in the SPSS 22 software. The results showed that the painting of the educational space had a significant effect on the student’s creativity level (p < 0.05) and the average increased and decreased sores of the students were 11 and 4, respectively.
