بررسی چالش های تدریس و ارزشیابی در بستر فضای مجازی

چکیده
آموزش مجازی به تمام شکل های یاددهی یادگیری اطلاق می شود که به شیوه الکترونیکی اجرا و پشتیبانی می شود و بر محور ارزش هایی نظیر فرد محور بودن، یادگیری مستقل، خود راهبر و فعال مبتنی است.. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی چالش های موجود بخش تدریس و ارزشیابی در بستر فضای مجازی است. به منظور جمع آوری یافته های این پژوهش از روش کتابخانه ای که در زمره تحقیقات بنیادیست بهره بردیم. بررسی های انجام گرفته درباره چالش های پیش رو در آموزش مجازی نشان داد که در این بستر هم برای دانش آموزان و هم برای معلمان و اولیا می توان چالش هایی را مشاهده کرد و آن هم این است که کودکان بیش از اندازه به وسایل بصری و هوشمند وابسته می شوند در نتیجه باعث شد که انگیزه فراگیران کاهش پیدا کند و تأمین اینترنت مورد نیاز برای برخی از خانواده ها سرسام آور شود. استفاده از این فضا موجب شد که معلمان وقت کافی برای تدریس در کلاس-های خود نگذارند و به طور بی رویه از مطالب دیگران استفاده کنند و همچنین سنجش واقعی در این فضا کاری بس دشوار و آن چنان مورد قبول نباشد. در ارتباط با چالش های ارزشیابی نیز می توان به ارزشیابی کتبی، پرسش و پاسخ های کلاسی، ارائه های کلاسی و کار پوشه الکترونیکی اشاره کرد که در متن همه را به تفصیل بیان نمودیم.Investigating the challenges of teaching and evaluation in the context of cyberspace
Virtual learning refers to all forms of teaching and learning that are implemented and supported electronically and are based on values such as being student-centered, independent, self-directed, and active. The aim of this research is to examine the challenges in teaching and assessment within the virtual environment. To gather the findings of this research, we used a library-based method, which is classified as fundamental research. The investigations conducted regarding the challenges facing virtual learning showed that in this context, challenges can be observed for both students and teachers and parents. This is because children become overly dependent on visual and smart devices, which reduces learners' motivation and makes it difficult for some families to provide the necessary internet access. The use of this space has caused teachers to spend insufficient time teaching in their classrooms and to use other people's materials excessively, and real assessment in this space is quite difficult and not so widely accepted. Regarding the challenges of assessment, written assessments, classroom Q&A, class presentations, and electronic portfolios can be mentioned, which are all explained in detail in the text.
