چکیده
یکی از مهم ترین مباحث اخلاقی که معصومینb به آن تأکید کرده اند و در قرآن کریم، که معتبرترین سند باقی مانده از رسالت پیامبر اسلامk است، به آن پرداخته شده، مسئله ظلم و ابعاد مختلف آن است. کلینی، از محدثان مشهور، یکی از باب های کتاب ایمان و کفر را به این موضوع اختصاص داده و ۲۳ روایت در این زمینه گردآوری کرده است. در این نوشتار، مستندات قرآنی «باب ظلم» از کتاب اصول کافی در تطبیق با آیات قرآن کریم مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت. همچنین، به تبیین درست این مسئله در روایات و عدم تنافی آن با آیات پرداخته می شود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که تأیید احادیث با شواهد قرآنی، حجتی بر صدور حدیث از معصومین است و ناسازگاری با کتاب خدا دلیلی بر اختلال در نظام صدور و نقل آن روایت به شمار می آید. لازم به ذکر است که میزان سازگاری و هماهنگی تمام روایات این باب با آیات قرآن، مورد تأیید واقع شده است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کتابخانه ای و با رویکرد توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شده است.A Comparative Study of Hadiths on "Oppression" in Usul al-Kafi with the Quran
One of the most important moral issues that has been emphasized by the infallibles (peace be upon them) and which has been mentioned in the Holy Qur''an, which is the strongest document left from the mission of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH), is the issue of oppression and dimensions. It is different.Kolini is one of the narrators who has named one of the chapters of the book of Faith and Unbelief as such, and has collected 23 narrations in this regard.In this article, the Quranic documents of "Bab Zolm" from the book "kafi''s Osul "in Compliance with the Verses of the Holy Quran will be examined, and at the same time, this issue will be explained correctly in the narrations and its non-contradiction with the verses will be discussed. It has to be said that the confirmation of hadiths by Qur''anic evidences is a proof for the issuance of a hadith from the infallible and inconsistency with the Book of God is the reason for disrupting the system of issuing and narrating that narration.
