نقش استطاعت در وجود حج از منظر احادیث مشترک وقفه فریقین (مقاله پژوهشی حوزه)

چکیده
استطاعت یکی از موضوعات مهم در وجوب حج است.وفقهای اهل سنت و شیعه، توانایی گزاردن حج براساس احکام شرعی را که عبارتند از مالی،طریقی ،بدنی وزمانی –استطاعت نامیده و آن را شرط وجوب حج می دانند و به آیه ۹۷ سوره مبارکه آل عِمران «وَلِلّهِ عَلَی النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَیتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَیهِ سَبِیلًا» استناد نموده ودرضمن احادیثی مشترک به تبیین مفهوم آن پرداخته اند. واستطاعت را به زاد و توشه تفسیر نموده اند.یکی از ضرورت های فقه، انطباق موضوعات با جریانات روز است. توجه به موضوع عرف -شیوه عملی اغلب مردم جامعه-از اصول مهم در تقریب مذاهب و مبانی مهم در اسلام محسوب می شود. چنانکه معارف دینی و منابع اصیل بر پایه محاورات عرفی با این شرط که مخالف با نص ( قران وسنت) و از نوع مسامحات و عادات تقلیدی نباشد،بناگردیده و در فقه اسلامی در اعتبار عرف اتفاق نظروجود دارد،با توجه به اهمیت شانیت در مفهوم استطاعت ،تناسب توشه به لحاظ کمی و کیفی، با شأن حج گزار را عرف تعیین می کند .عمده اعتقادات اهل سنت در این مورد مانند اهل تشیع است و تنها به لحاظ فقهی و ظواهر با هم تفاوت دارند. فقهای اهل سنت وامامیه به استناد قرآن و احادیث مشترک، در موضوع وجوب حج، استطاعت مطلق که عبارتنداز: باز بودن راه، امنیت سفر، داشتن آذوقه و هزینه رفت و برگشت، را شرط و وجوب حج را به آن منوط دانسته و بر این اساس فتوی داده اند .The role of affordability in the existence of Hajj from the point of view of common and separate hadiths
Affordability is one of the important issues in obligatory Hajj. According to Sunni and Shia consensus, the ability to perform Hajj based on Sharia rules, which include financial, methodical, physical and temporal, is called affordability and they consider it as a condition for obligatory Hajj and according to verse 97 of Imran They cited "Walillah ali al-naas e Hajj min e stataaa ilhayeh sabeila" and explained its meaning in common hadiths. And ability has been interpreted as birth and baggage.One of the necessities of jurisprudence is the adaptation of topics to current trends. Paying attention to the issue of custom - the practical way of most people in the society - is considered one of the important principles in approximating religions and important foundations in Islam. As the religious teachings and original sources are based on customary dialogues with the condition that they are not contrary to the text and are not of the type of indulgences and imitation habits, and there is a consensus in Islamic jurisprudence on the validity of custom, considering the importance of sanity in the concept of affordability. The custom determines the quantity and quality of luggage with the dignity of the pilgrim.Most of the beliefs of the Sunnis in this matter are the same as those of the Shiites and they differ only in terms of jurisprudence and appearance. Sunni and Imami jurists, based on the Qur'an and common hadiths, in the subject of the obligation of Hajj, consider absolute affordability,
