چکیده
ساحت های تربیت و شناسایی آن، نقش مهمی در اجرایی کردن اهداف کلان تربیتی و جامعیت ابعاد تحقق آن دارد. تحلیل تربیتی آموزه های فقهی و روایی و کشف روابط این آموزه ها با ساحت های مختلف تربیت می تواند به پیشنهاد راهکارهای عملیاتی برای اجرای این آموزه ها منجر شود. این پژوهش با روش تحلیل محتوا در پی پاسخ به این سؤال است که تحلیل مصادیق صدقه در روایات و فقه براساس ساحت های شش گانه تربیتی سند تحول با رویکردی بر نظرات آیت الله خامنه ای چیست؟بررسی مصادیق صدقه و زکات در روایات در ارتباط با ساحت های تربیت با نگاه تمدنی آیت الله خامنه ای با حکومت اسلامی پیوند جدی می یابد؛ این درحالی است که در سیر فقه سنتی این دیدگاه چندان موردتوجه نبوده است. برخی مصادیق صدقه در دو ساحت اعتقادی، عبادی و اخلاقی و ساحت اجتماعی و سیاسی جای گرفته و ساحت زیبایی شناختی و هنری ارتباطی با مصادیق صدقه ندارد و ساحت زیستی و بدنی صرفاً با سه مصداق صدقه ارتباط دارد. ساحت اقتصادی و حرفه ای پس از ساحت اعتقادی، عبادی و اخلاقی بیش ترین ارتباط را با مصادیق صدقه برقرار کرده و ساحت علمی و فناوری نیز به جهت ارتباط نیکی و احسان با علم، با برخی مصادیق صدقه مرتبط است.Sadaqah and Its Educational Instances with Focus on Ayatollah Khamenei’s Viewpoint: A Jurisprudential and Narrative Analysis
This research delves into the multifaceted role of Sadaqah (a voluntary act of charity) within the framework of the six educational dimensions outlined in Iran's Fundamental Reform Document of Education. By employing a content analysis method, the study examines various narrations and Islamic jurisprudential texts to uncover the connections between Sadaqah and these instances, with a particular focus on the perspectives of Ayatollah Khamenei. Key findings reveal that Sadaqah is deeply intertwined with multiple dimensions of education, including Belief, Worship, and Ethics: Sadaqah is often linked to strengthening faith, fulfilling religious obligations, and cultivating moral virtues; Social and Political Dimensions: Sadaqah can foster social cohesion, alleviate poverty, and contribute to the overall well-being of society. It can also support political and social justice initiatives; Economic and Professional Dimensions: Sadaqah can stimulate economic growth, create employment opportunities, and promote ethical business practices; Scientific and Technological Dimensions: While less explicit, Sadaqah can indirectly support scientific and technological advancements by fostering a culture of generosity and philanthropy, which can incentivize innovation and research. The study concludes that Sadaqah plays a key role in the holistic development of individuals and societies. By understanding its multifaceted nature, policymakers, educators, and individuals can harness the potential of Sadaqah to achieve the broader goals of the Fundamental Reform Document of Education.
