مرور سیستماتیک اثربخشی تدریس سنتی در مقایسه با تدریس آنلاین

چکیده
پیشینه و اهداف :هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی مرور سیستماتیک اثربخشی تدریس سنتی در مقایسه با تدریس آنلاین می باشد. انتخاب روش تدریس یکی از مراحل مهم طراحی آموزشی است. معمولاً علم بعد از انتخاب محتوا و قبل از تعیین وسیله، باید خط مشی و روش مناسب تدریس خود را انتخاب کند؛ چون خط مشی معلم و روش تدریس او چگونگی فعالیت شاگردان را برای رسیدن به هدف های آموزشی مشخص می سازد. روش ها :روش تحقیق حاضر مرور سیستماتیک می باشد. جامعه ی آماری شامل مقالات دارای مرتبه ی علمی – پژوهشی منتشر شده در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی در بازده زمانی 1389 تا 1401 (2010-2022 میلادی) به دو زبان فارسی یا انگلیسی منتشر شده اند ، است. بدین منظور مطالعاتی که در مجلات پژوهشی و دانشگاهی معتبر چاپ شده بود و متن کامل دردسترس بود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس اطلاعات بررسی های اولیه شامل بررسی حجم نمونه، روش نمونه گیری، آنالیز آماری و نتایج اصلی مطالعه، انجام شد. یافته ها : در این مطالعه، نتایج چندین پژوهش مختلف با هم مقایسه شده اند تا به نتیجه گیری مناسبی درباره اینکه آیا تدریس آنلاین یا تدریس سنتی بهتر است، برسیم. بعد از بررسی مقالات براساس معیارهای ورود و براساس کیفیت آن ها، تعداد 16 مقاله در زمینه تاثیر آموزش های آنلاین و سنتی به دست آمد. تمامی این مقالات به زبان انگلیسی بود. از این 16 مقاله، 9 مطالعه به صورت پرسشنامه ای، 6 مطالعه به صورت مروری، 1 مطالعه به صورت بررسی داده ها منتشر شده بود. . نتیجه گیری: نتاج مطالعه نشان داد نصف مطالعات نشان می دهد روش تدریس آنلاین بهتر از روش تدریس سنتی است، 25 درصد مطالعات نشان داد روش سنتی بهتر است و 25 درصد تفاوتی قائل نشده اند. همچنین نتایج این مقالات نشان دادند که هر دو روش تدریس نسبت به یکدیگر مزایا و معایبی دارند و هر کدام برای موارد خاص خود اثربخشی دارند. برای مثال، تدریس آنلاین می تواند برای دانشجویانی که در مناطق دورافتاده یا در شهرهای پرجمعیت زندگی می کنند، مفید باشد. همچنین، تدریس آنلاین می تواند به صرفه تر و کارآمدتر بودن نیروی انسانی نیز کمک کند. از سوی دیگر، تدریس سنتی می تواند برای دانشجویانی که به ارتباط با همکلاسی ها و استاد خود اهمیت می دهند، مناسب باشد. در نهایت، برای انتخاب یکی از این روش ها، شرایط و وضعیت موجود باید در نظر گرفته شود.A systematic review of the effectiveness of traditional teaching compared to online teaching
Background and Objectives: This research aims to systematically review the effectiveness of traditional teaching compared to online teaching. Choosing a teaching method is one of the critical stages of educational design. Usually, after choosing the content and before determining the means, science must choose the appropriate teaching policy and method because the teacher's policy and teaching method determine how students work to achieve educational goals. Methods: The current research method is a systematic review. The statistical population includes scientific research articles published in domestic and foreign databases from 1389 to 1401 (2010-2022) in Persian or English. For this purpose, the studies published in reputable academic and research journals and the available full text were examined. Then, the information of the preliminary investigations, including examining the sample size, sampling method, statistical analysis, and the study's primary results, was carried out. In this study, the results of several studies have been compared to reach a suitable conclusion about whether online or traditional teaching is better. Findings: After reviewing the articles based on the entry criteria and based on their quality, 16 articles were obtained on the impact of online and traditional education. All these articles were in English. Of these 16 articles, nine studies were published in the form of a questionnaire, six studies in the form of a review, and 1 study in the form of a data review. Conclusion: The result of the study showed that half of the studies showed that the online teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method, 25% of the studies showed that the traditional method is better, and 25% did not notice a difference. Also, the results of these articles showed that both teaching methods have advantages and disadvantages, and each is effective in its own case. For example, online teaching can be helpful for students who live in remote areas or densely populated cities. Also, online teaching can help human resources to be more economical and efficient. On the other hand, traditional teaching can be suitable for students who value communication with their classmates and professors. Finally, choosing these two methods should consider local conditions and specific needs.
