چکیده
هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی و بررسی چالش های روزافزونی است که مدیران منابع انسانی در محیط های کاری مدرن با آن ها روبرو هستند. این پژوهش با تاکید بر اهمیت نقش منابع انسانی به عنوان یک عنصر حیاتی در رشد و توسعه سازمانی، به تفصیل به بررسی مختلف تغییرات و چالش هایی که در این عرصه رخ داده اند می پردازد. چکیده این پژوهش بیانگر این است که مدیریت منابع انسانی در دوران کنونی، فراتر از یک فرآیند ساده استخدام و نگهداری کارکنان است. بلکه بحث هایی نظیر تأثیر جهانی شدن، پیشرفت های فناوری اطلاعات و دیجیتالیزاسیون، چالش های اخلاقی، تعادل کار و زندگی شخصی، و تفاوت های نسلی در محیط کار، از جمله موضوعاتی هستند که به شدت بر عملکرد و راهبردهای مدیریت منابع انسانی تأثیرگذارند. همچنین، این پژوهش به بررسی راهکارهایی برای مواجهه با این چالش ها و بهره برداری موثر از منابع انسانی در جهت دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی می پردازد. در نهایت، پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد که مدیریت منابع انسانی در عصر حاضر نیازمند یک رویکرد جامع و چندبعدی است که هم فناوری و هم عنصر انسانی را در بر بگیرد و به طور مداوم در پاسخ به تغییرات سریع و پیچیده محیط کاری تطبیق یابد.An overview of the challenges of human resource management
The primary goal of this research is to identify and examine the increasing challenges faced by human resource managers in modern work environments. This study, with an emphasis on the importance of human resources as a vital element in organizational growth and development, extensively explores various changes and challenges that have occurred in this field. The abstract of this research indicates that human resource management in the current era goes beyond a simple process of hiring and retaining employees. Instead, it involves discussions such as the impact of globalization, advancements in information technology and digitalization, ethical challenges, work-life balance, and generational differences in the workplace, which significantly affect the performance and strategies of human resource management. Additionally, this research examines solutions for addressing these challenges and effectively utilizing human resources to achieve organizational goals. Ultimately, the current study shows that human resource management in the present era requires a comprehensive and multidimensional approach that encompasses both technology and the human element, continually adapting in response to the rapid and complex changes in the work environment.
