چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارائه الگوی اثربخش دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت در سازمان های دولتی با بهره گیری از رویکرد فراترکیب است. برای دستیابی به این هدف مهم، پژوهشگر رویکرد فراترکیب را در پیش گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر، از لحاظ هدف، در دسته پژوهش های کاربردی است .بر این اساس 109 پژوهش پیشین مرتبط با اهداف مطالعه حاضر را با استفاده از الگوی هفت مرحله ای سندلوسکی و باروسو بررسی کردند و به تجمیع، ترکیب و تفسیر یافته های این پژوهش ها پرداختند تا با بسط مدل جدید، تصویر جامع، نو و بدیعی از الگوی اثربخش دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت ارائه دهند بسط مدل ارائه شده یکی از قوت ها و نوآوری های این پژوهش است. الگوی اثربخش دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت در این پژوهش تعداد 181 کد نهایی ، در قالب 14 مقوله و سه بعد اصلی (ملزومات ساختاری، رفتاری، محیطی)، شناسایی و ارائه شده است.Providing an effective model of in-service training courses in government organizations using a hybrid approach
The purpose of this research is to present an effective model of in-service training courses in government organizations using a hybrid approach.
