چکیده
افزایش روزافزون جرائم سبز در مناطق پیراشهری لزوم نقش آفرینی پلیس را برای مدیریت پیشگیری از این نوع جرائم ضروری کرده است. پژوهش پیش رو به بررسی نقش پلیس در مدیریت پیشگیری از جرائم سبز در مناطق پیراشهری شهر قزوین می پردازد. تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت توصیفی تحلیلی است. داده ها از طریق روش آمیخته گردآوری شده است. در بخش کیفی خبرگان و نخبگان درون و برون سازمان پلیس به تعداد 25 نفر شامل مدیران و کارشناسان خبره، کارشناسان حوزه محیط زیست و اساتید دانشگاهی شناسایی و با آن ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته صورت گرفته است. بخش کمی متشکل از 96 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه علوم انتظامی و کارشناسان پلیس پیشگیری(مرتبط ترین پلیس به حوزه های محیط زیست) بوده اند. برای تحلیل داده های بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمّی از نرم افزار Spss و لیزرل و آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد پلیس برای مدیریت پیشگیری از جرائم سبز می تواند به ترتیب اولویت هشت نقش انتقال دهنده تجارب پیشگیری وضعی با 14مضمون، نقش حمایتی با8مضمون، انتقال تجارب پیشگیری اجتماعی با11مضمون، انتقال تجارب پیشگیری کیفری با 7 مضمون، نقش پشتیبان قضایی با 9 مضمون، نقش آموزشی با 9 مضمون، نقش پشتیبان تجهیزات و امکانات با5 مضمون و تولیدکننده دانش با 7 مضمون را ایفا نماید.Investigating the role of the police in managing the prevention of green crimes in peri-urban areas in the case of gardens in Qazvin city
