چکیده
برخلاف تصوّر اشتباهی که در بین برخی افراد جامعه وجود دارد که اطاعت از پدر و مادر را در هر موردی واجب می دانند، هرچند سلیقه شخصی آن ها در آن کار دخالت داشته باشد، مانند: انتخاب نوع مبلمان برای منزل، یا رنگ لباس و دیگر موارد، در این نوشتار ثابت شده است، تبعیت از والدین آن قدر وسیع نیست که بخواهد فرزند را همچون عبدی در مقابل مولای خویش قرار دهد، و او را در همه موارد مطیع محض والدین خود بداند؛ بلکه درصورتی که تخلف از اوامر سبب ایذا والدین گردد، اطاعت لازم است، در غیر این مورد، دلیلی بر وجوب اطاعت از آن ها نداریم.Jurisprudential analysis of obedience to parents from the perspective of Ayatollah Mohammad Javad Fazel Lankarani
Contrary to the misconception that exists among some people in the society, who consider obedience to parents obligatory in any case, even though their personal taste is involved in that work, such as: choosing the type of furniture for the home, or the color of clothes and other cases. It has been proven in this article that obedience to parents is not so broad as to place the child as a slave in front of his master, and consider him to be completely obedient to his parents in all cases; On the other hand, if the violation of the orders causes harm to the parents, then obedience is necessary, otherwise, we have no reason to obey them.
