تأثیر نمایش خلاق بر افزایش انگیزه کودکان به مشارکت (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
آماده سازی کودکان برای ورود به شبکه روابط اجتماعی و تربیت افراد کنشگر و انعطاف پذیر از نخستین ضروریات زیستن در جهان معاصر است. نمایش خلاق فعالیتی جمعی است که از طریق کنش های آزاد و تشویق به کار گروهی در فرایندی مبتنی بر بازی، زمینه ساز تعامل کودکان با یکدیگر می شود. فرایند تدریجی نمایش خلاق با حذف رقابت های خشونت زا، میل به تجربه های متفاوت را در کودک افزایش داده و درک دوستانه ای از دیگری برای کودک فراهم می کند که ضمن تقویت فردیت کودک به توسعه روابط اجتماعی کودک می انجامد. هدف از این مطالعه توجه به ظرفیت های نمایش در ایجاد وضعیت خلاق ذهنی در کودک و بررسی چگونگی اثربخشی نمایش خلاق در علاقه مندسازی کودکان به مشارکت در فعالیت های گروهی است. سؤال آن است که نمایش خلاق بر علاقه مندی کودکان به مشارکت در فعالیت های گروهی چه تأثیری دارد. برای این منظور، تعداد 25 کودک 5 تا 7 ساله (دختر و پسر) تحت آموزش نمایش خلاق قرار گرفتند. نمونه تحقیق با روش غیرتصادفی و در دسترس (هدفمند) انتخاب شده است. با برگزاری دوره های نمایش خلاق رفتارهای کودکان مورد آزمون در زمینه مشارکت در می کندی گروهی مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفت. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 26 سؤال بر اساس مقیاس لیکرت ساخته شد و پایایی آن بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ1 با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss محاسبه گردید. در این روند پایایی 93/0 به دست آمده است که در سطح قابل قبولی برآورد شده است.نتایج به دست آمده نشان می دهند که در فرایند نمایش خلاق، کودکان تحت تأثیر فعالیت های انجام یافته قرار گرفته اند. نتایج افزایش تمایل و انگیزه کودکان برای مشارکت و ارتباط فعال و مؤثر با گروه را نیز تأیید کرده اند.The Effect of Creative Drama on Increasing Children’s Motivation to Participate
Preparing children for entering social relations and educating active and flexible people are the initial requirements to live in the modern world.Creative Drama is a group activity that promotes children’s interaction with each other through free actions and encouraging teamwork in a game-based process. The gradual process of creative display, by eliminating violent competition, increases the child’s desire for different experiences and provides a friendly understanding of others, meanwhile strengthening the child’s individuality leads to the development of the child’s social relationships.The purpose of this paper is to pay attention to the capacities of the show by forming a creative state of mind in the children and also to investigate how the creative show is effective in making children interested in participating in group activities.The question is “what effect does creative drama have on children’s interest in participating in group activities?”Research method: For this purpose, 25 children aged 5 to 7 years (girls and boys) were trained in creative drama. The research sample was selected by a non-random and accessible (targeted) method. By holding creative performance courses, the behaviors of the tested children in the field of participation in group activities were studied and investigated. The researcher-made questionnaire was made with 26 questions based on Likert scale and its reliability was calculated based on Cronbach’s alpha using spss statistical software. In this process, a reliability of 0.93 has been obtained, which is estimated at an acceptable level. This questionnaire was given to the parents and teachers of these children before and after training and was answered by them both times. The results have confirmed the increase in children’s willingness and motivation to participate and communicate actively and effectively with the group.
