بررسی کاربرد زبان کُردی در شبکه های سیمای استانی کرمانشاه و کردستان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
کاربرد زبان ها و گویش های محلی در برنامه های محلی شبکه های سیمای استانی از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است و نقش مهمی در پاسداشت زبان و فرهنگ بومی کشور دارد. این مهم در مورد زبان های مرزی شاید از اهمیت بیش تری برخوردار باشد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی کاربرد زبان کُردی در برنامه های سیمای استانی کرمانشاه و کردستان می پردازد. روش گردآوری داده ها از نوع مشاهده غیرمشارکتی است. جامعه آماری شامل همه برنامه های پخش شده در دو شبکه سیمای استانی کرمانشاه و کردستان است که در آن ها از زبان کُردی استفاده شده است. از میان این جامعه آماری، برنامه های پخششده در بازه دوماهه فروردین و اردیبهشت 1399 به روش نمونه گیری هدف مند انتخاب شدند. یافته های پژوهش نشان گر آن است که برنامه های کُردی شبکه استانی کردستان به لحاظ کمّی و کیفی، مقبول تر از برنامه های کرمانشاه است و تأثیر مثبتی بر نگرش زبانی مخاطبان کردزبان خود می گذارند. مهم ترین آسیب های کاربرد زبان کردی در برنامه های سیمای کرمانشاه عبارتند از عدم توجه به تنوع گویشی در سطح استان؛ استفاده از مجریانی که گفتار کُردی غیراصیل و آمیخته با وام واژه های بیش از حد فارسی دارند؛ عدم توجه به خط کردی و استفاده از آن در برنامه های محلی؛ پایین بودن مدت زمان برنامه های محلی نسبت به کل برنامه های فارسی زبان شبکه؛ نبود برنامه ویژه کودک و نوجوان به زبان کردی؛ نبود سریال های محلی.Examining the use of Kurdish language in Kermanshah and Kurdistan provincial TV programs
Background and Aim: The use of local languages and dialects in local programs of provincial television networks is an important issue that plays an important role in preserving the native language and culture. The present research examines the use of Kurdish language in Kermanshah and Kurdistan provincial TV programs. Method: The research data were collected by non-participatory observation method. The statistical population includes all the programs broadcast in the two provincial television networks of Kermanshah and Kurdistan, in which Kurdish language is used. From this statistical population, the programs aired in April and May 2019 were selected for the research sample. Results: The findings of the research show that the programs of the Kurdistan provincial network are better and more acceptable than the programs of Kermanshah, both quantitatively and qualitatively, and they have a positive effects on the language attitude of their Kurdish-speaking audience, or at least they do not have a negative effect; While the programs of Kermanshah Provincial TV not only don’t have positive effects on the language attitude of their Kurdish-speaking audience, but also have strong negative effects. Conclusion: The most important disadvantages of using Kurdish in Kermanshah TV programs are: the short duration of local programs compared to Persian-language programs; lack of a special program for children and adolescents in Kurdish; lack of attention to dialect diversity at the province level; lack of local TV series; Using presenters who speak non-authentic Kurdish mixed with excessive Persian loanwords; lack of attention to Kurdish writing system and not using it in local programs.
