تأثیر استقرار طرح سپر دفاع موشکی آمریکا در خاورمیانه و کنش های جمهوری اسلامی ایران: از منظر واقع گرایی تهاجمی

چکیده
استقرار سپر دفاع موشکی آمریکا در خاورمیانه به عنوان یک منطقه انرژی زای حیاتی با هدف حفظ و استمرار هژمونی در نیمکره غربی صورت گرفته است. بنابراین، آمریکا با استراتژی موازنه دور از کرانه و اتحاد و ائتلاف با بازیگران منطقه خاورمیانه درصدد مهار و کنترل جمهوری اسلامی ایران به عنوان یک هژمون منطقه ای بالقوه از طریق استقرار سپر دفاع موشکی برای مهار و کنترل ایران است. همچنین آمریکا افزون بر ایجاد سپر دفاع موشکی در ترکیه، اقدام هایی را برای افزایش توان دفاع هوایی کشورهای حوزه خلیج فارس انجام داده است. فروش سامانه هوایی پاتریوت به چهارکشور عربی حوزه خلیج فارس و ارسال رادارهای «ایکس-باند» و سایر تجهیزات دفاع هوایی به رژیم صهیونیستی از جمله اقدام های آمریکا در این زمینه بوده اند. بنابراین، این مقاله با کاربست نظریه واقعگرایی تهاجمی درصدد پاسخ به این سؤال است که گسترش سپر دفاع موشکی آمریکا در خاورمیانه با چه هدف بوده و چگونه بر کنترل افزایش قدرت ایران تأثیر گذاشته است؟ بر این اساس فرضیه پژوهش این است که سپر دفاع موشکی آمریکا با هدف حفظ و استمرار هژمونی منطقه ای آمریکا و مهار و کنترل افزایش قدرت نظامی و موشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه خاورمیانه استقرار یافته است.The US Missile Defense Plan Establishment Effects on Middle East and Islamic Republic of Iran's actions in the view of aggressive realism
The US Missile Defense Plan Establishment Effects on Middle East as a vital energy region has been done with the aim to maintain and keep hegemony in the western hemisphere. So, US, using balance off-shore balance strategy and alliance and coalition with Middle East region actors seeks to I.R. Iran, as a potential regional hegemon, harness and control through the missile defense shield. In this respect, US in addition of creating missile defense shield in Turkey, has taken the actions to improve air defense capability of Persian Gulf Countries. Selling Patriot system to four Persian Gulf Arab countries, and sending "X-BAND" radars to and other air defense equipment to Zionist regime are some of US actions. So, this paper is supposed to apply "aggressive realism theory" to examine US Missile Defense Plan Establishment Effects on Middle East and Iran reactions against. The paper is to answer the question that what's the goal of US Missile Defense Plan Establishment on Middle East and how had effected the Iran's power. This paper examine this hypothesis: US missile defense shield is established to maintain and keep the US regional hegemony and harness and control of Iran's military and missile power in Middle East.
