چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد مدیران دانشگاهی واحدهای منطقه هش ت دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با روش پژوهش زمینه یابی و در بین جامعه آماری مدیران و کارکنان واحدهای منطقه هشت ( تهران ) دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به انجام رسیده است . پژوهشگر با استفاده از پرسشنامه، اطلاعات مورد نیاز خود را از بین 123 نفر از کارکنان زیر داده های ( t مجموعه مدیران واحده ای مذکور جمع آوری نموده و و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی ( آزمون بدست آمده را مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داده و ضمن تایید فرضی ه های پژوهش به سوالات آن پاسخ داده است . نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش عملکرد مدیران واحدهای مورد بررسی را در حد مطلوب ارزیابی نموده است .Assessment of the Performance of the University Managers at the I.A.U Branches (Tehran, District 8)
This research aims to assess the performance of the university managers of the district eight's branches by the investigation method of finding backgrounds and in a statistical population of the managers and the staff of district eight's branches of the Islamic Azad University (I.A.U). Using a questionnaire, the researchers have collected the information from among 123 staff working under the university managers' control, and through the descriptive and inferential statistics (T test) they have analyzed the data. Then, confirming the hypotheses of the research, the researchers have answered the questions posed in it. The results of this research have assessed the performance of these university managers as desirable one.
