چکیده
در این مقاله در راستای تبیین نقش فناوری اطلاعات بر ساختار سازمان های فرهنگی - هنری، نخست ضمن اشاره به اهمیت موضوع، به توصیف رابطه ی میان فناوری اطلاعات و ساختار سازمانی پرداخته و سپس اهمیت ف ن آوری اطلاعات و تأثیر آن بر سازمان و فواید آن تشریح می گردد. در ادامه مفهوم ساختار سازمانی و ابعاد آن مطرح و دلایل تبیین فرضیه های تحقیق پیرامون ارتباط ساختار سازمانی و فن آوری اطلاعات ارائه می گردد. نتایج این مقاله نشان می دهد که بکار گیری فناوری اطلاعات موجب کاهش سطوح سلسه مراتبی و کاهش تعداد کنارکنان و کاهش تعداد واحدهای سازمانی در سازمان فرهنگی- هنری شهرداری تهران گردیده است.THE ROLE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE STRUCTURE OF ARTISTIC-CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS (STUDIED CASE: The artistic-cultural organization of Tehran city hall)
In this article, in order to indicate the role of information technology in the structure of artistic-cultural organizations, first the importance of the issue is pointed out, and the relationship between information technology and the organizational structure are described, and then the importance of information technology, its effect on the organization and its advantages are explained. Afterwards, the concept of organizational structure and its dimensions are indicated, and the reasons of indicating the research hypotheses on the relationship of organizational structure and information technology are presented. According to the results from this investigation, it is clear that implementing information technology has led to the decrease of organizational hierarchy, number of workers and number of organizational units within the studied organization.
