چکیده
استان سمنان به دلیل شرایط اقلیمی متنوع، هم مرز بودن با استان مازندران و برخورداری از چشم انداز های اکولوژیک و جاذبه های تاریخی و توریستی راه های روستایی پرترددی دارد که از نظر معضل تصادفات جاده ای دارای شرایط حساسی هستند؛ بنابراین لزوم تحقیق و سرمایه گذاری در زیرساخت های روستایی استان سمنان برای بهبود ایمنی این راه های ضروری است. این تحقیق با بهره گیری از نظریه مجموعه راف به محققان این امکان را می دهد تا تصادفات را در ابعاد چندگانه آنالیز کنند و وقوع حادثه را، با ترکیب عوامل دخیل در آن، قاعده مند سازند. هدف از این پژوهش تشخیص الگوهای حادثه ساز و به کارگیری این الگوها در مدیریت عوامل مربوط است تا حذف و یا کاهش علل سانحه را در برنامه های عملیاتی خود مد نظر قرار دهند. با بهره گیری از مدل پیشنهادی، این امکان فراهم خواهد شد تا بروز سوانح در ابعاد چندگانه آنالیز شود و در نهایت، وقوع یک سانحه با ترکیب عوامل دخیل در آن قاعده مند گردد. برای این منظور، طیف جامعی از عوامل مبتنی بر ادبیات موضوع و نظرات خبرگان مرتبط با خودرو، راننده و محیط مدنظر قرار خواهد گرفت. سپس، داده های جمع آوری شده از کیفیت سوانح راه های روستایی استان سمنان مورد بررسی انجام خواهند شد. کلمات کلیدی: شناسایی الگو، نظریه مجموعه های راف، سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم گیری، راه روستایی.Investigating the effective factors on rural road accidents SEMNAN

The purpose of this study is to identify accident-causing patterns and use these patterns in the management of related factors to consider eliminating or reducing the causes of accidents in their operational plans. Using the proposed model, it will be possible to analyze the incidence of accidents in multiple dimensions and finally, the occurrence of an accident by combining the factors involved in it will be regular. For this purpose, a comprehensive range of factors based on the literature and opinions of experts related to the car, driver and environment will be considered.
