ارزیابی و اولویت بندی روستاهای هدف گردشگری استان کردستان برای سرمایه گذاری

چکیده
وجود جاذبه های گردشگری به منزلهٔ یکی از ارکان و عناصر اصلی صنعت گردشگری، در کنار دیگر مؤلفه ها، شرایط لازم را برای جلب و جذب گردشگر فراهم می کند. توسعهٔ گردشگری مزایای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و محیطی بسیاری برای جامعهٔ میزبان به همراه داشته و از عوامل مؤثر در شکل دهی الگوی توسعه است. با توجه به اهمیت نقش گردشگری در توسعهٔ اقتصادی از یک طرف و وجود پتانسیل های متعدد در روستاهای هدف گردشگری استان کردستان از طرف دیگر، استفاده از رویه ای مناسب برای اولویت بندی مناطق، به منظور سرمایه گذاری های گوناگون در این منطقه، ضروری است. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی و جامعه آماری شامل گردشگران روستاهای مورد مطالعه بوده است. نتایج رتبه بندی نشان می دهد که روستاهای پالنگان، سلین و ژیوار در رتبه های اول تا سوم قرار دارند. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از مدل تاپسیس، سرمایه گذاری بخش دولتی در زیرساخت ها، به خصوص جاده های ارتباطی، به توسعهٔ گردشگری در این روستاها کمک قابل توجهی می کند. همچنین، سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی در روستاهایی با رتبهٔ بالاتر در زمینهٔ طبیعت گردی، صنایع دستی و صنایع وابسته توصیه می شود.Evaluation and Prioritization of The Tourism Villages of Kurdistan Province For Investment
Tourist attractions, as one of the pillars of the tourism industry, along with other elements, will provide the necessary conditions for attracting tourists. Tourism development has many direct and indirect economic, social, cultural, and environmental benefits for the host community and plays a vital role in shaping the development pattern. Considering the importance of tourism in economic development and the potential of tourism in the villages of Kurdistan, it is necessary to use a proper approach to prioritize areas for different investments. The research method was descriptive-analytical, and the statistical population consisted of the villages’ tourists. The ranking results show that Palangan, Celine, and Jivar are first to third, respectively. According to the results of the TOPSIS model, public sector investment in infrastructures, especially roads, contributes significantly to tourism development in these villages. Also, Private sector investment is recommended in higher-ranked villages in the fields of eco-tourism, handicrafts, and related industries.
