چکیده
ارتباط وزن شعر و ریتم موسیقی، از دیر باز مورد توجه بوده است. در متون کهنِ موسیقی، رسایل فیلسوفان درباره شعر، کتب عروضی قدیم و نظریات موسیقی دانان و عروض دانان معاصر، نشانه هایی از پیوند ریتم و وزن شعر دیده می شود و در چند سال اخیر، پژوهش های جدی تر و دقیق تری در این باب صورت گرفته است. در این گفتار، پیوند ایقاع و عروض در متون کهن و دسته بندی نظرات گذشتگان بررسی شده و نشانه هایی از نزدیکی ماهیت این دو گرد آمده است. در پایان، فرضیه ای درباب یکی بودن ریشه هر دو علم و پیوندشان با یونان باستان نیز مطرح شده است.Historical connection between poetic metres and musical rhythms in ancient texts
The connectedness between metre in poetry and rhythm in music has long been in focus. In the old books on music, philosophers’ tracts on poetry, old writings of prosody, and in the views of the contemporary musicians and prosodists, there can be seen indications pointing to a close link between rhythm and metre. Besides, in recent years, more serious and careful studies have been made on this topic. In the present article, the connection between īq ā ’, (rhythm) and aruz (prosody) mentioned in the old texts and the classification of the old views have been discussed and indications of inherent closeness of the two put together. In the end, an assumption regarding the etymological identicality of the two and their relation to the ancient Greece has been put forward.
