چکیده
شهرها به طور ذاتی با چالش های پیچیده و گستردهای که به هم مرتبط اند، مواجه هستند. در این میان رشد شتابان شهرها متناسب با ظرفیت گسترش زیرساخت هایشان نیست و فشار فزاینده ای به زیرساخت های شهری تحمیل می کند. بعبارتی فراتر از ظرفیت ها و قابلیت های آن ها است. بنابراین همواره آن ها از پیامدهای نامطلوب رنج میبرند. از این رو نهادها و شیوه های مدیریت و حاکمیت قدیمی با جهان پیچیده و به سرعت در حال تغییر در جامعه اطلاعاتی در تضاد هستند. ارائه الگوی محیط زیست هوشمند در جزیره قشم با روش AHP می تواند به اولویت بندی بهتر پارامترها برای افزایش فرصت بازتولید محیط زیست و بازتوانی محیط طبیعی پرداخت.Presenting a smart environment model in Qeshm Island
Cities inherently face complex and extensive challenges that are interconnected. Meanwhile, the rapid growth of cities is not proportional to the expansion capacity of their infrastructures and imposes increasing pressure on urban infrastructures. In other words, it is beyond their capacities and capabilities. Therefore, they always suffer from adverse consequences. Therefore, the old institutions and methods of management and governance are in conflict with the complex and rapidly changing world in the information society. Providing a smart environment model in Qeshm Island with AHP method can better prioritize parameters to increase the opportunity of environmental reproduction and natural environment rehabilitation.
