Over time and as the sun rose and set, the meaning of existence became more of a vivid concept. We are here to fill the void in this infinite universe. We grow when our hope grows or grow otherwise. When we think of this life, we find that it is a myth as an ongoing cycle. We  individuals believe that we are the center of existence, where even existence is based on our presence. We are in this world where we gradually get to know each other over time, but realistically as life passes on we hardly know who we are. Humans are unique  and wonder why they are unique. That is, our structure is one, but we all have a single arrangement from  head to our senses, two legs and two arms. But we are different, in all, in  form, in understanding, in our way of life, and even in our decisions. Therefore, the joy of our difference is that it achieves integration. Everyone has the same ingredients. However they adapt them in their own way, interacting with matter and nature, and then finds himself in a corner of life that forms a cornerstone of the basic ground. If that fails, it can create an imbalance that can only be corrected through the balance between individuals. We inherit integration through care. For example, if a doctor dies, another doctor will have to play that role.

Thus, the primary aim of this study is to examine the role of faith (i.e) in attaining a goodly pure life in this modern age in the light of verse 97 of Surah al-Naml. METHOD AND FINDING : The methodology used in this research work was a descriptive-analytical research method in which the available data are analyzed based on logical and textual evidence. The outcome of this research showed that the life of a faithful is indeed worthy and ideal, while a life that is devoid of it is a worthless and imperfect one. CONCLUSION : Similarly, a goodly pure life without faith in God and righteous deeds is infeasible. For it is only under the shadow of faith that man could attain both material and spiritual developments.

SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES : Religious rules in Shiite jurisprudence are inferred from the four sources of the Quran, Sunnah, reason and consensus; but in addition to these sources, some foundations such as common law are also mentioned. Based on it, the question arises here “what are the roles of common law and Ertekazat in common law in understanding and inferring the religious rules? This article seeks to answer this question and tries to study and analyze the functions of common law in understanding and inferring the religious rules. The research hypothesis is that common law and Ertekazat in common law are used in understanding the words of religious arguments, subjecting and de-subjecting of common law for the religious documents, proving or denying some rights and other issues that are used by jurists and lawyers in the process of inferencing. METHOD AND FINDING : The research method is descriptive-analytical. One of the findings of the present study is that most scholars of the Islamic jurisprudence and law have not distinguished between these two foundations; but it is more correct that common law is considered from the category of objective matter in the practical life of people, but Ertekazat in common law are from the category of subjective matter. CONCLUSION : Presence of custom in the scene of inference causes the contemporary Muslim to realize that the religious rulings are made according to the customary understanding, facts and tangible needs, and therefore in his spiritual biology more obedience to the rulings, commands. He will have the divine and the spiritual program of Islam and his spirituality will be strengthened.
