The case of vaccination (COVID-19) is discussed. The present study was a cross-sectional study on the fifth wave of coronavirus (delta strain). Data were collected using the distribution of a researcher-made online questionnaire among adults over the age of 18 in Khuzestan province, which was collected by random sampling method and calculating the Cochran's formula to 384. The questionnaire consisted of 15 questions in two sections: demographic and main questions in the form of two dimensions of the impact of social media in the field of credibility and the impact of social media in the field of building trust. SPSS version 22 was also used for analysis. At the level of inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA analysis were used to generalize the sample traits to the population. The results showed that the level of reliability and trust-building of the respondents was evaluated as significantly above average and there is a significant positive correlation between the variables of reliability and trust-building.
