Pop Art is the representative of a cultural identity that has been represented as a kind of art in the mid-twentieth century. It is based on the ordinary manifes tations of people’s lives, and by concentrating on media and propaganda it has become pervasive in a short time as if it is a newly emerged culture that has appeared not from the inside of community but from outside and by those sociologis ts who look at this culture, it is considered as an outgrowth of the conditions created by modern centralism and individualism. But where is the position of reality in this emerging art? Focusing on the general audience and everyday subjects became the basis of the work of this art, which was able to be in line with trade and its goals. The purpose of this paper is to examine the characteris tics of Pop art, which can be considered as the firs t sparks of the return of representation in pos t-modern craft, which bases its work on pretense. In this s tudy, it has tried to use the text content analysis method to Pop art indexes while comparing to the other arts such as elite and folk culture. The results indicate that paying attention to the Pop culture, and reproduction of images by emphasizing on media, takes the art to hyper-reality. As another aspect, these are the media that direct the culture by determining the direction of Pop thoughts, lead the art, to create new forms of reality.

Housing can be considered as one of the most important needs of each family and the provision of suitable housing for people has always been considered as one of the indicators of progress in any country. Because of the specific attitude to the issue of housing in Iran, in other words, turning it into an investment, the major part of the households' income has been accounted for housing. Given the importance of the matter, housing in Iran is affected by factors that often are considered as markers to assess the recession or boom in this sector. Among these factors, sociocultural, economic, and demographic indicators can be noted that play a very important role in the formation of housing patterns and are considered a basis to assess mutual impressions of each of the above factors in this sector. This paper is aimed to exامینe how each of the economic, cultural, social, and demographic indicators has effect on the current housing situation in Iran. This paper attempts to analyze independent and interactive effects of each of the indicators on the housing sector by the method of content analysis and library and then continues to find ways to improve what is seen in the housing typology. The results suggest that changes in cultural indicators have the most profound impact on housing typology in long-term period, while changes in economic factors affecting the housing pattern is very transient, superficial, and short-term.

It is not long time that residential complexes have been built in Tehran. Although during this time, always influenced by some factors, configuration of the residential complexes has undergone fluctuations, rateof which has been very fast especially in recent decades considering the fundamental changes that have emerged in the housing debate. turning housing into an investment commodity. Residential complexes are generally evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively from two viewpoints. Qualitative issues that are often in connection with quality of living environment and its effects from social and especially cultural issues of residents have been given little attention in the past few decades and in contrast, quantitative issues have been more attractively motivated by profitability and economic benefits. The result of this imbalance is the housing status that we can see in all aspects. The present studies indicate that in recent decades, the rising rate of construction and lack of sufficient control over housing sector resulted in the formation of the residential complexes regardless of cultural context, approval of settlement inconsistent with the culture and traditional attitudes of the residents and as a result, low quality of life in residential complexes. This paper is an attempt to assess several condominiums in different years in terms of quality and the effect taken from cultural concepts in all stages, including studies, planning, design and operation using field study and questionnaires and then to find a correct relationship between various components and finally, some recommendations are provided to improve the current situation.
