چکیده
عدم وجود لجستیک معکوس در ورزش سبب شده است تا آثار بسیار مخربی در محیط زیست به واسطه ورزش و رویدادهای ورزشی در سطح استان سمنان بوجود آید. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگو و راهبردهای مطلوب برای توسعه فضاهای ورزشی استان سمنان با بهره گیری از لجستیک معکوس می باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی می باشد. از 180 نفر خبرگان 120 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس به سوالات پرسشنامه ایی شامل: شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه ای، شرایط مداخله گر، پدیده اصلی، راهبردهای توسعه، پیامدهای توسعه که در بخش کیفی توسط خبرگان تایید و روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید بود به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس پاسخ دادند. برای توصیف وضعیت فضاهای ورزشی استان سمنان از نرم افزار GIS استفاده شد و برای بررسی و تحلیل مدل اندازه گیری از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری بهره گرفته شد. . یافته ها نشان داد شهرستان شاهرود از لحاظ فضای ورزشی در وضعیت مطلوب تری نسبت به سایر شهرستانهای استان قرار دارد. در بین راهبردهای شناسایی شده، سیاست گذاری در ورزش استان مبتنی بر اهداف زیست محیطی باید در بالاترین اولویت قرار گیرد نظارت بر حسن انجام فعالیت های لجستیک معکوس در ورزش استان با تاکید بر اصول زیست محیطی و راهبرد تامین منابع مالی مورد نیاز جهت انجام اقدامات لجستیک معکوس در بدنه ورزش استان اولویت عملیاتی شدن دارند. و در نهایت آموزش و توانمندسازی نیروهای انسانی متخصص در ورزش استان در راستای اهداف زیست محیطی تا مسیر توسعه لجستیک معکوس ورزش استان را هموار سازد. همچنین نتایج حاکی از برازش مطلوب مدل توسعه لجستیک معکوس در ورزش استان بود. بنابراین ضرورت دارد خط مشی های توسعه فضاهای ورزشی در استان توسط سازمان های متولی، شناسایی و تحلیل شده باشد.Presenting the ideal model and strategies for the development of sports spaces in Semnan province using reverse logistics
The lack of reverse logistics in sports has caused very destructive effects on the environment due to sports and sports events in Semnan province. The aim of the current research is to present the ideal model and strategies for the development of sports spaces in Semnan province by using reverse logistics. The method of the current research is of mixed exploratory type. Out of 180 experts, 120 people answered the questions of a questionnaire including: causal conditions, background conditions, intervening conditions, main phenomenon, development strategies, development consequences, which were confirmed in the qualitative part by experts and its validity and reliability were confirmed by the experts. They responded to the available sampling method. GIS software was used to describe the state of sports spaces in Semnan province, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to check and analyze the measurement model.The findings showed that Shahroud city is in a more favorable state in terms of sports environment than other cities of the province. Among the identified strategies, "politicization in sports of the province based on environmental goals" should be given the highest priority, "supervising the successful implementation of reverse logistics activities in the sports of the province with emphasis on environmental principles" and the strategy of "providing the required financial resources" In order to carry out reverse logistics measures in the sports body of the province, priority is to be operationalized. And finally, "Training and empowering human forces specializing in sports in the province in line with environmental goals" to pave the way for the development of the reverse logistics of sports in the province. Also, the results indicated the favorable fit of the reverse logistics development model in sports of the province. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and analyze the policies for the development of sports spaces in the province by the responsible organizations.
