چکیده
عدالت آموزشی یکی از بحث های اصلی در هر نظام آموزشی است و نقش مهم و قابل توجهی در رشد و توسعه کشورها و بهبود شاخص های برابری و تعالی انسان ها دارد. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی و از نوع کتابخانه ای و با هدف بررسی نقش مدارس مقطع ابتدایی در دستیابی به عدالت آموزشی جنسیتی در نظام آموزشی ایران انجام شده است. یافته های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که مدارس با حرکت به سمت هوشمند سازی، با ایجاد امکان تلفیق فناوری اطلاعات و برنامه های درسی و ایجاد امکان دسترسی به دنیایی از اطلاعات مرتبط درسی، عدالت محوری و کاهش نابرابری های جنسیتی و آموزشی در فرصت های تعلیم و تربیت ، می توانند فرصتهای لازم را برای تلاش دانش آموزان به صورت انفرادی و براساس توانایی های یادگیری، بوجود آورند .The role of elementary schools in achieving gender educational justice in Iran's educational system
Educational justice is one of the main debates in every educational system and it plays an important and significant role in the growth and development of countries and improving the indicators of equality and human excellence. This research has been carried out in a descriptive and library-type way with the aim of investigating the role of elementary schools in achieving gender educational justice in Iran's educational system. The findings of the research indicate that schools by moving towards intelligentization, by creating the possibility of integrating information technology and curricula and creating the possibility of access to a world of curriculum-related information, centered on justice and reducing gender and educational inequalities in education opportunities and Education can create the necessary opportunities for students to try individually and based on their learning abilities.
