پیش بینی سازگاری زناشویی بر اساس شیوه های حل تعارض در زنان متأهل

چکیده
هدف تحقیق حاضر پیش بینی سازگاری زناشویی بر اساس شیوه های حل تعارض در زنان متأهل شهر شاهین شهر بوده است. روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع پیش بینی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان متأهل ساکن در شهر شاهین شهر بوده که از بین آنها تعداد ۲۰۰ نفر به صورت داوطلبانه و در دسترس در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه سازگاری زناشویی اسپاینر (۱۹۷۶)، پرسشنامه سبک های حل تعارض رحیم (۱۹۸۳) بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. محاسبات آماری این پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS، نسخه 24 و نرم افزار آماری AMOS، نسخه24 انجام گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که شیوه های حل تعارض توان پیش بینی کنندگی سازگاری زناشویی را دارند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که از بین سبک های حل تعارض که شامل سبک یکپارچگی، سبک مصالحه، سبک مسلط، سبک ملزم شده و سبک اجتناب کننده بوده است، سبک های یکپارچگی و مصالحه با سازگاری ارتباط معنادار نشان داده اند (001/0 >P) و سبک های دیگر ارتباط معنادار نداشته اند (05/0 <P).Predicting marital compatibility based on conflict resolution methods in married women
The aim of the present research was to predict marital compatibility based on conflict resolution methods in married women of Shahinshahr city. Correlation research method is predictive. The statistical population of the study included all married women living in Shahinshahr city, of which 200 participated in this study voluntarily and available. Research tools include demographic questionnaire, Spiner's Marital Compatibility Questionnaire (1976), Rahim's Conflict Resolution Styles Questionnaire (1983). Data analysis was done at two descriptive and inferential levels. The statistical calculations of this research were done using SPSS statistical software, version 24 and AMOS statistical software, version 24. The research results showed that conflict resolution methods can predict marital compatibility. The results of the research showed that among the conflict resolution styles, which included integration style, compromise style, dominant style, obliging style and avoidant style, integration and compromise styles have shown a significant relationship with compatibility (P < 0.001) and Other styles have no significant relationship (P<0.05).Keywords: conflict resolution styles, marital compatibility
