تعیین اثربخشی نوروفیدبک بر سیستم های مغزی رفتاری بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی نوروفیدبک بر سیستم های مغزی رفتاری بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع طرح های نیمه آزمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه بیماران مبتلا به اضطراب فراگیر مراجعه کننده به مراکز روان پزشکی شهر تبریز در سال 1402 بود و نمونه مورد نظر از افرادی بودند که تشخیص قطعی اضطراب فراگیر دریافت کرده بودند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس سیستم های مغزی رفتاری و برای مداخله از دستگاه نوروفیدبک استفاده شد. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده به کمک تحلیل کوواریانس چند و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که نوروفیدبک باعث بهبود سیستم های مغزی رفتاری و تغییرات امواج مغزی می شود (P<.01). مبتنی بر همین یافته ها پیشنهاد می گردد که مراکز روانشناسی و روان پزشکی از نوروفیدبک به عنوان درمانی موثر برای کاهش اضطراب فراگیر بیماران استفاده نمایند.The effectiveness of neurofeedback on the activity of behavioral systems of patients with generalized anxiety disorder

Abstract
The present research with the aim the effectiveness of neurofeedback on behavioral brain systems of patients with generalized anxiety disorder was determined. This research was a semi-experimental design. The statistical population of the research was all patients with generalized anxiety who referred to the psychiatric centers of Tabriz city in 2023 and the target sample was people who had received a definitive diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder. In order to collect data, behavioral brain systems scale and neurofeedback device were used for intervention. The collected data were analyzed through multivariate covariance analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that neurofeedback improves behavioral brain systems P<.01. Based on these findings, it is suggested that psychology and psychiatry centers use neurofeedback as an effective treatment to reduce the pervasive anxiety of patients.
