بررسی اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی بر کاهش اضطراب ناشی از باورخرافی چشم زخم

چکیده
باور چشم زخم سبب احساس اضطراب و ناامنی برای افراد می شود چرا که آن را خارج از کنترل خودشان می دانند. در این پژوهش به بررسی اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی در کاهش اضطراب ناشی از باور چشم زخم می پردازیم. این مطالعه به روش شبه تجربی بود و با استفاده از روش پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد. 24 نفر از مراجعین دفتر مشاوره و خدمات روان شناسی وفائی به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای مورد سنجش، پرسشنامه سنجش اضطراب بک روان بود. که با این پرسشنامه میزان اضطراب مراجعین سنجیده شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان دادند میانگین نمره های اضطراب گروه آزمایش در پس آزمون نسبت به پیش آزمون کاهش معناداری داشت و همچنین نسبت به گروه گواه کاهش معناداری یافت. به عبارت دیگر، واقعیت درمانی میزان اضطراب مراجعین با باور خرافی به چشم زخم را به طور معناداری کاهش داد.Investigating the Effectiveness of Reality Therapy on Reducing Anxiety Caused by the Superstition of the Scarred Eye in People who refer to the Counseling Center in Mashhad
Belief in the wound causes people to feel anxious and insecure because they consider it out of their control. In this research, we will examine the effectiveness of reality therapy in reducing anxiety caused by believing in the injured eye. This study was quasi-experimental and was conducted using the pre-test and post-test method with the control group. 24 clients of Wafai Psychological Services and Counseling Office were selected by available sampling method and were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. The measured instruments were the Beck-Rouan Anxiety Assessment Questionnaire. With this questionnaire, the level of anxiety of clients was measured.The results of the multivariate covariance analysis showed that the average anxiety scores of the experimental group in the post-test compared to the pre-test decreased significantly and also decreased significantly compared to the control group. In other words, reality therapy significantly reduced the level of anxiety of clients with superstitious beliefs about sore eyes.
