تعیین دوره رشد تولید اقتصادی در واحدهای صنعتی مرغ گوشتی در استان های منتخب ایران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
صنعت مرغداری به لحاظ تأمین بخش عمده ای از نیازهای غذایی و پروتئینی کشور از جمله زیربخش های مهم و اساسی بخش کشاورزی به شمار می رود و بخش مهمی از سبد غذایی خانوار را به خود اختصاص می دهد. در این راستا هدف اصلی در این پژوهش، تعیین دوره رشد بهینه اقتصادی با به کارگیری مدل مقدار تولید اقتصادی در شرایط مجاز بودن کمبود موجودی و محدودیت فضای انبار در واحدهای صنعتی مرغ گوشتی دو استان اصلی تولیدکننده مرغ گوشتی، شامل استان های گلستان و گیلان می باشد که در حدود ۲۰ درصد کل ظرفیت تولیدهای کشور در سال ۱۳۹۹ را شامل می شوند. برای این منظور هر یک از استان ها بر مبنای شمار دوره های پرورش طبقه بندی شده و آن گاه در هر طبقه با به کارگیری روش خوشه بندی بر مبنای k-میانگین (kmean) هر یک از واحدها در گروه های همگن از لحاظ ظرفیت قرار گرفته و در نهایت با استفاده از برنامه ریزی غیرخطی به تعیین دوره رشد بهینه اقتصادی در میانگین هر یک از گروه ها پرداخته شد. همچنین نتایج بررسی ساختار بازار مرغ گوشتی نشان می دهد بازار این محصول از نوع رقابت کامل می باشد. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، چنانچه واحدهای صنعتی مرغ گوشتی برابر با این روش برای تولید و پرورش مرغ گوشتی برنامه ریزی کنند، موجب کاهش هزینه های تولید شده و به دنبال آن درآمد خالص این واحدها افزایش خواهد یافت. در نهایت پیشنهاد و تاکید می شود صنعت تولیدکننده مرغ گوشتی به منظور تولید و عرضه مرغ به بازار، این روش را در نظر گرفته تا هم هزینه های تولیدی در این واحدها کاهش یافته و هم بتوانند محصولی با کیفیت و بازارپسند به مصرف کنندگان عرضه کنند.Determining the growth period of economic production in broiler industrial units in selected provinces of Iran
The poultry industry is considered one of the important and basic sub-sectors of the agricultural sector in terms of providing a major part of the food and protein needs of the country and occupies an important part of the household food basket. In this regard, the main goal of the current research is to determine the period of optimal economic growth by applying the economic production quantity model in the conditions of the permitted lack of inventory and limited warehouse space, as well as the random fuzzy annual demand in broiler industrial units of five main broiler producing provinces, including The provinces are Golestan, and Gilan, which include about 20% of the total production capacity of the country in 2019. For this purpose, each of the provinces is classified based on the number of breeding courses, and then in each class, using the clustering method based on k-mean (kmean), each of the units is placed in homogeneous groups in terms of capacity and in Finally, using non-linear programming, the optimal economic growth period was determined in the average of each group. Also, the results of investigating the structure of the broiler chicken market show that the market of this product is of perfect competition type. According to the obtained results, if broiler industrial units plan to produce and raise broiler chicken according to this method, it will reduce the production costs and then the net income of these units will increase. Finally, it is suggested that broiler-producing industries consider this method to produce and supply chicken to the market so that both the production costs in these units are reduced and they can supply a quality and marketable product to the consumers.
