چکیده
در ایران حق دسترسی زنان به عنوان بزه دیدگی به پلیس زن یکی از حقوق بنیادین آنان در جامعه تلقی می شود. در این راستا، می بایست حضور پلیس زنان در ایران و جوامع مشابه که فرهنگ مستغنی مذهبی - رفتاری در بخش های مختلف زندگی فردی و اجتماعی دارند، موردبررسی قرار گیرد. علائمی نظیر افزایش نرخ ارتکاب جرم با توجه به نرخ رشد جمعیت، افزایش تنوع جرائم، کاهش سن ارتکاب جرم در میان زنان و ارتکاب بسیاری از جرائم خلاف اخلاق و عفت عمومی نشان می دهد که سنگ زیرین اجتماع یعنی خانواده و بلاخص در میان زنان بیشتر در معرض آسیب ها و تهدیدات جدی است. این نوشتار مترصد تبیین مبانی سیاست گذاری و تقنینی حضور پلیس آموزش دیده زن وفق بند 134 منشور است. ازاین رو، با نگاهی به پیشینه جرائم ارتکابی علیه زنان حضور پلیس زن در جامعه ضرورت می یابد؛ بنابراین، این مطالعه با روش توصیفی تحلیلی در پی بررسی سنجه جرم شناسی پیشگیرانه از طریق تشکیل پلیس زنان بوده تا با دادن خدماتی ازجمله مشاوره دادن و اطلاع رسانی به زنان بزه دیده در موضوع خشونت، زمینه پذیرش حضور گسترده پلیس زنان فراهم سازد.Women Police Officers in the measure criminology of prevention
