بررسی شرایط اقلیم گردشگری شهرهای استان سیستان و بلوچستان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین زمان مناسب گردشگری شهرهای استان سیستان و بلوچستان بر پایه شاخص دمای معادل فیزیولوژیک است. این شاخص، یکی از خروجی های نرم افزار ریمن است که برای تبیین شرایط اقلیم گردشگری شهرهای زاهدان، خاش، سراوان، زابل، ایرانشهر و چابهار استفاده شد. بدین منظور، داده های روزانه (10957 روز) دمای هوا، ابرناکی، فشار بخارآب، سرعت باد و رطوبت نسبی ایستگاه های هواشناسی این شهرها (1394- 1365) گردآوری و نتایج خروجی نرم افزار ریمن به صورت تقویم های اقلیمی روزانه استخراج گردید. با توجه به درصد ماهانه روزهای بدون تنش (آسایش دمایی)، نتایج نشان داد که در فروردین (زابل و ایرانشهر، 67 درصد)، اردیبهشت، خرداد، تیر و شهریور (زاهدان، 90 – 28 درصد)، مهر (سراوان، 87 درصد)، آبان (ایرانشهر، 87 درصد)، آذر، دی، بهمن و اسفند (چابهار، 95 – 42 درصد)، بهترین شرایط برای حضور گردشگران را دارند. بهترین شرایط مناسب گردشگری زاهدان (اردیبهشت و شهریور، 90 درصد)، خاش (اردیبهشت، 76، شهریور، 54 و مهر، 60 درصد)، سراوان (فروردین، 43 و مهر، 87 درصد)، زابل (فروردین، 67 و مهر، 60 درصد)، ایرانشهر (فروردین، 67 و آبان، 87 درصد) و چابهار (آذر، 88، دی، 60، بهمن، 42، اسفند، 95 و فروردین، 45 درصد) برآورد شده که بیش ترین درصد روزهای توأم با آسایش دمایی را دارند.The Study of Climatourism Conditions of Urban Places in Sistan and Baluchestan Province
This article attempts to examine the appropriate time for tourism in the cities of Sistan and Baluchestan province, based on the physiologic equivalent temperature index (PET). The PET index is one of Rayman's software outputs, which is used to explain the tourism climate in Zahedan, Khash, Saravan, Zabol, Iranshahr and Chabahar cities. First, daily data (10957 days), air temperature, cloudiness, water vapor pressure, wind speed and relative humidity of meteorological stations of these cities were collected (1986-2015). The results of RayMan inferred in the form of daily climatic calendars. According to the monthly percentage of non-stress days (thermal comfort), the results showed in Apr (Zabol and Iranshahr, 67%), May, June, Jul and Sept (Zahedan, 28-90%), Oct (Saravan 87%), Nov (Iranshahr 87%), Des, Jan, Feb and Mar (Chabahar, 42-95%) have the best conditions for the presence of tourists. The best conditions for tourism in Zahedan (May and Sept), Khash (May, Sept and Oct), Saravan (Apr and Oct), Zabul (Apr and Sept), Iranshahr (Apr and Nov) and Chabahar (Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr) are estimated to have the highest percentage of non-stress temperature days.
