چکیده
یکی از مهم ترین جلوه های فناوری در زمانه فعلی، هوش مصنوعی است. یکی از مهم ترین عرصه های استعمال این فناوری جدید، عرصه جرم یابی و تحقیقات جنایی است. هوش مصنوعی، سازوکارهایی را به این منظور به کار می برد که ضریب خطای بسیار کمی دارند و تیم های جرم یاب و نیز مراجع قضایی و پلیسی را به صورت بسیار موثر، یاری می رسانند. اهمیت هوش مصنوعی، به ویژه در مورد برخی انواع خاص جرائم، می توانند کاربرد به مراتب بیشتری داشته باشند. نمونه این جرائم، قتل های سریالی است که به سبب ماهیت و اوصاف و آثار، ازجمله بزهکاری هایی هستند که امنیت روانی جامعه را به شدت، با مخاطره مواجه می کنند و تعقیب و دستگیری مرتکبان و نیز پیشگیری از تکرار آن، یک ضرورت اجتناب ناپذیر است. در برخی سازمان های پلیسی، هوش مصنوعی، چند سالی است که به منظور تعقیب و دستگیری قاتلان سریالی مورد استفاده هستند ازجمله پلیس کشف جرم در ایالات متحده آمریکا. با عنایت به لزوم بهره برداری از تجارب دیگر نظام های حقوقی و قضایی برای رفع معضلات موجود در داخل کشور، در نوشتار حاضر، کوشش شده است مجموعه سازوکارهایی که براساس فناوری هوش مصنوعی پایه گذاری شده اند و به یاری آن ها می توان فرایند تعقیب قاتلان سریالی را عملی کرد و در حال حاضر، این روش ها مورد استفاده دائره کشف قتل های سریالی در سازمان پلیس ایالات متحده آمریکا هستند، معرفی شود.The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Crime Detection and Criminal Investigations; Case Study: Serial Murders
One of the most important effects of technology in the current era is artificial intelligence. One of the most important fields of using this new technology is the field of crime detection and criminal investigations. Artificial intelligence uses mechanisms for this purpose that have a very low error rate and help crime detection teams as well as judicial and police authorities in a very effective way. The importance of artificial intelligence, especially in some specific types of crimes, can have far more applications. Examples of these crimes are serial murders, which, due to their nature, characteristics, and effects, are crimes that seriously endanger the psychological safety of the society, and the pursuit and arrest of the perpetrators, as well as the prevention of their repetition, is an inevitable necessity. In some police organizations, artificial intelligence has been used for several years to track down and arrest serial killers, including the crime detection police in the United States. Considering the necessity of exploiting the experiences of other legal and judicial systems to solve the problems in the country, in this article, an attempt has been made to develop a set of mechanisms based on artificial intelligence technology, and with their help, the process of pursuing murderers implemented a serial and currently, these methods are used by the serial murder detection department in the United States police organization to be introduced.
