چکیده
شیوع ویروس کرونا در اواخر سال 2019 که تا کنون ادامه پیدا کرده است، آثار زیان باری در ابعاد مختلف در سرتاسر دنیا به بار آورده است که برخی از این آثار جبران ناپذیر و برخی دیگر با روند آرامی جبران پذیر است. از طرف دیگر این رویداد جهانی که از آن به عنوان بحران کرونا یاد می شود، تصویری از جهان آینده در زمینه انرژی را به تصویر کشید که بررسی و تحلیل شرایط پیش آمده و تجربه اندوزی از این بحران، منجر به امادگی سریع تر و هوشیار تر در برابر تغییرات آینده در صنعت انرژی جهان، توسعه پایدار و اقتصاد پیش روی می شود. لذا در این گزارش به بررسی تغییر و تحولات پیش آمده در حوزه انرژی در سرتاسر جهان پرداخته شده است و در انتها به بررسی وضعیت انرژی کشور در دوران بحران کرونا و به ارائه توصیه هایی برای رویارویی با تصویر نه چندان دور آینده انرژی جهان پرداخته شده است که از مهم ترین آنها می توان به انجام توافقات و معاهدات بین المللی جهت افزایش فروش بیشتر نفت و گاز طبیعی که منجر به افزایش درآمد دولت و در نهایت به دست آوردن سرمایه لازم جهت سرمایه گذاری در زمینه انرژی ها تجدید پذیر می شود. از طرف دیگر با کاهش یارانه پنهان انرژی نیز می توان موجب کاهش وابستگی برخی صنایع داخلی به نفت و گاز شد و این یارانه ها در بخش های کم کربن، تحقیق و نوآوری برای حمایت از افزایش سهم تجدیدپذیرها به ویژه در بخش حمل و نقل، گرمایش و سرمایش هدایت شود.Covid-19 and its implications for global energy supply and demand and recommendations for Iran
