نقش احزاب ملی گرای ترک و اثرگذاری آنان در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری 2023 ترکیه

چکیده
هم زمان با گسترده شدن دامنه نفوذ ملی گرایی در بسیاری از کشورهای جهان، در انتخابات سال 2023 ترکیه نیز اهمیت نقش ملی گرایان نمایان شد. ملی گرایان ترک از حیث گستردگی و عمق نفوذ سیاسی و اجتماعی عملاً در رده اردوگاه و گفتمان سوم ترکیه قرار گرفته اند؛ اما در رقابت بین دو گفتمان اول و دوم، یعنی محافظه کاران و دموکراسی خواهان، به نقطه ثقل مهمی تبدیل شده اند و نقش مهمی ایفا می کنند. اردوغان برای کسب پیروزی و تشکیل کابینه، از چند حزب و جریان ملی گرا کمک گرفت و توانست از سد مخالفان بگذرد. به این ترتیب، دولت باغچلی، رهبر مهم ترین حزب ملی گرای ترکی و نماد این گفتمان، همچنان نفوذ و قدرت خود را به عنوان شریک اصلی اردوغان حفظ کرد و ائتلاف شش حزبی مخالفان شکست خورد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تحلیل جایگاه ملی گرایان ترک در رقابت های حزبی ترکیه و نقش آنان در تحولات سیاسی این کشور و پاسخ دادن به این سؤال است که ملی گرایان ترک بر اساس چه نوع سناریوهایی می توانند اثرگذاری خود را حفظ کنند؟ با توجه به اهمیت ژئوپلیتیک ترکیه در منطقه و تأثیر این کشور بر روندهای منطقه ای، لازم است جایگاه واقعی احزاب و جریانات این کشور و به ویژه ملی گرایان ترک بررسی شود. این مقاله جریانات عمده ملی گرای ترک در پهنه سیاست ترکیه را معرفی کرده و با روش اسنادی و مقایسه آرا، جایگاه احزاب را مشخص کرده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که ملی گرایان ترک در عرصه سیاست ترکیه، هنوز هم کنشگران اثرگذار و مهمی هستند و می توانند در بزنگاه های حساس بر روندهای سیاسی اثر بگذارند.The Role of Turkish Nationalist Parties and their Influence in the 2023 Presidential Election in Turkey

In order to win and form the cabinet, Erdoğan took the help of several nationalist parties and currents and was able to overcome the barriers of the opposition, and in this way, the leader of the most important Turkish nationalist party and the symbol of this discourse, Dolat Baghçli, continues to assert his influence and power as Erdogan's main partner was retained and the six-party opposition coalition was defeated. The main goal of this research is to analyze the position of Turkish nationalists in Turkey's party competition and their role in the political developments of this country and to answer this question: Turkish nationalists can maintain their effectiveness based on what kind of scenarios. Do Considering the importance of Turkey's geopolitics in the region and the influence of this country on regional trends, it is necessary to examine the real position of the parties and currents of this country, especially the Turkish nationalists. This article introduces the main Turkish nationalist currents in the field of Turkish politics and determines the position of the parties with the documentary method and comparison of opinions.
